GREETINGS RHS CLASS OF 1965!!
It is time for our reunion, again. This will mark 45 years since we attended the High School that is now part of Sarasota history only in pictures and in our memories. In case everybody hasn’t heard, the old school went the way of the wrecking ball, and the new RHS stands on the site of the old parking lot. Who, in 1965 could guess that we would outlive our school?!
This year, on Fri, April 30, 2010 and Sat, May 1, 2010 we will gather to reminisce, renew acquaintances and have fun in sunny Sarasota.

Saturday’s event will also be casual, and will take place at the SARASOTA SAILING SQUADRON on City Island. This will comprise of a BBQ dinner and entertainment by THE VILLAGERS!! BYOB to this event, as it is on private property and cannot serve the public, although beer and wine can be bought on premises. Parking for this event will be in the public lot outside of the Sailing Squadron entrance. Once again, this will be from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 or whenever.

The price for both events will be $60.00 per person if you plan to attend both events. If you don’t plan to attend both events, then the price will be $30.00 for Friday and $40.00 for Saturday. Our accountants have assured us that this is necessary for the survival of the RHS class of ‘65 fund.
Many of the attendees will be staying at the Holiday Inn, Lido Key. (941) 388-5555. Ask for the Riverview High School Class of 65 to receive a discount… $119 plus tax for city side rooms, $149 plus tax for gulf side rooms.
