Federal and state candidates join incumbents in making no-new taxes promise in upcoming election
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) released an updated list of incumbents and challengers in West Virginia who have signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge .
