GRADUATING STUDENT AWARD
STUDENT INFORMATION SHEET
The Toronto Secondary Unit of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Associ ation presents a Graduating Student Award of $100.00 to a student in each of the Secondary Schools of the TCDSB. Application for this award is open to all graduating students who achieve an average of at least 65 percent in their graduating year and provide documentation from a teacher or community organization verifying the applicant’s involvement in and contribution to at least one of the following: Issues of social justice Environmental issues Workers’ rights Workplace safety Community service
Application forms are available from your school’s TSU Teacher Representative. Completed applications are to be submitted directly to TSU. The TSU Student Liaison Committee will select the winners and TSU will then notify the schools and arrange for delivery of the awards.

Letter signed by a teacher or community organization spokesperson verifying your involvement in at least one of the required areas and recommending you for the award.

TSU TEACHER REPRESENTATIVE INFORMATION SHEET
The Toronto Secondary Unit of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association presents a Graduating Student Award of $100.00 to a student in each of the Secondary Schools of the TCDSB. Application for this award is open to all graduating students who achieve an average of at least 65 percent in their graduating year and provide documentation from a teacher or community organization verifying the applicant’s involvement in and contribution to at least one of the following: Issues of social justice Environmental issues Workers’ rights Workplace safety Community service Your role as TSU Teacher Representative is to: 1. 2.
