For girl candidates and wards of defence personnel:
50% concession on admission fee and no caution deposit.
For UG programmes, based on +2 marks:
Marks > = 90% Full tuition fee waiver
Marks > = 80% 75% Tuition fee waiver
Marks > = 70% 50% Tuition fee waiver
Marks > = 60% 25% Tuition fee waiver
Lateral Entry:
Lateral entry to 2nd Year of Diploma for ITI Holder and +2 PCM holders.
Lateral entry to 2nd Year of B.Tech. for Diploma holder and B.Sc. with PCM.
Admission Procedure:
Application forms can be collected from the university office or downloaded from the university website

Candidates who have appeared in IIT-JEE / AIEEE / State Engineering Entrance Exam / GATE / CAT / MAT /
CMAT etc can apply with their scores for B.Tech. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / MBA or alternatively take entrance
exam conducted by Shridhar University at Pilani.
Documents Required for Admission:
Two attested copies of Mark sheet/Certificate of X, XII, Graduation and PG as applicable.
(Along with the originals for verification).
Transfer Certificate issued by the institution last attended (original).
Migration Certificate (original).
One attested photocopy of OBC / SC / ST certificate by competent authority.
Six passport size photographs (student’s name displayed)
Photocopy of passport & visa, if applicable.
If appeared in any Entrance Examination in 2012 for admissions attach hall ticket and score card.
Payment of Fee: All payments to be made by DD payable at Shridhar University, Pilani/Chirawa or
cash deposit at University counter only.
