Single-Payer Action Network Ohio (SPAN Ohio)- statewide coalition of organizations and individuals in Ohio. Their stated purpose is to seek fundamental health care reform in Ohio and the United States so that every resident is guaranteed full and comprehensive coverage through universal health care.
