Animal Cruelty Essay
All living things have a right to live on this Earth but we very often become,
totally, insensitive to their pain, only because animals cannot speak the
language of humans, they do not have a voice.
When God created this planet, he wanted all living things to be in peace so
there will be a balance in his creation. For instance he created the ‘Food
Chain’ that maintains the ecological balance in Nature but man interrupted
this balance, by killing animals indiscriminately, for pleasure, for food, for
their skin and other parts of the body, and training some to serve his needs.
With the passage of time, man became so selfish that he started to believe
that the planet was made only for him. He also started using animals for
scientific research in the cosmetic industry, and the pharmaceutical
industry.
The big question is do the animals have a right to live well? Animal rights
activists raise their voices but their voices are too weak to be listened.
Everything on this Earth has a defined purpose, so, there is a need to have
strong laws for protecting the rights of animals, they can only be saved
from Man’s greed and selfishness and balance of Nature can be
maintained.
Even in schools, students need to learn, how to respect the rights of other
living things and love all creations of Nature. Parents also can help in
making their children sensitive to the pain our actions may cause to the
animals. It is still not too late; let us together make a difference.
