Test case

1. Verify that notification is NOT sent to
invitees from server when appointment is
created in Outlook and updated in Outlook. (ICS
Off)

2. Verify that notification is sent to invitees
from server when appointment is created in
Outlook and updated in Fuse UI. (ICS Off)

3. Verify that notification is sent to invitees
from server when appointment is created in
Fuse UI and updated in Fuse UI. (ICS Off)

4. Verify that notification is sent to invitees
from server when appointment is created in
Fuse UI and updated in Outlook. (ICS Off)

ICS ON

5.ICS_On_Verify that notification is NOT

Steps

To set the .ics attachment , Login as
SALES_ADMIN> Go to Setup and Maintainance>
Search for Task name 'Manage Administrator Profile
Values' under All tasks. Open the task and Search
for Profile Option Code
'ZMM_ACTIVITY_ICAL_IN_NOTIFICATION' .
Set the Profile Value to NO.
1.Open Outlook Calender and create a
appointment .
2. If Shared with Fusion button is not selected click
the Shared with Fusion button.
3. Enter applicable information for the calendar
item.
4. Enter the email id of the invitees(Resource email
ID).
5. Send the invites by clicking the send button.
6. Run synchronization
7. Invitee accepts the appointment request.
8. Update the appointment time from Outlook.
9. Run full sync.
10. Verify that no notification is sent from server to
attendees.
11. Verify that there should not be any .ics
attachement in the updated meeting.
