Introduction: The project sets sight on authenticating the conventional Debit or redit card transaction s!stem" In the prevailing s!stem though the redit and Debit card paves a convenient mode of transactions# it is subjected to more jeopard!" As technolog! e$tends its limit# the wa! of hac%ing and crac%ing also goes along the road" In out proposed s!stem# in ever! transaction with the redit or Debit card a handsha%ing signal is achieved with the cardholder" The handsha%ing method is achieved b! transferring the transaction time and the purchase details to the mobile of the cardholder b! means of a &S' modem" (rom the ac%nowledgement and authentication received from the cardholder)s mobile further transaction proceeds" The s!stem used the ' * for the securit! issues between the 'obile and the ard" Reports can also be generated for ever! successful authentication" The cardholder will be as%ed for a repl! b! the &S' modem message" The message from the cardholder is the major authentication command" The ' * decodes the message and decides the operation to be performed" The status of the s!stem for each individual process will be displa!ed using + D s"
