The silent auction will begin at 7:00PM on Saturday, April 13th, 2013. All silent
auction items will be listed on the auction boards.

No bids will be accepted on any auction item after the designated closing time of
the board on which the item is listed.
To enter a bid on a Silent Auction item, complete a bid slip available at each Silent
Auction board and hand it to a volunteer staffing the board on which that item
is listed. All Iids HJST Ie in JJVJ DOLLAJ (8¯) increments to Ie ·alid. nnless
otherwise indicated on the auction board. Current high bids will be posted for each
Silent Auction item until the board goes silent, five minutes before closing.

the closing time for each board, the highest bidder/purchaser of each item on the
board will be posted. The purchaser then assumes full risk and responsibility for
the auction item. In the event of a dispute between bidders, a designated auction
official shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder/
purchaser.
Trinity Sign-Up Parties
One board will be dedicated to group parties hosted by Trinity parents. These are
not anction items: the, are simpl, to Ie sold at pre-determined prices.

At the end of the evening, the price of your party will be added to your invoice,

Checkout Procedures
Upon completion of your bidding, or after all boards have closed; proceed to the
checL-ont taIle. Yon will recei·e an in·oice (Iased on ,onr paddle nnmIer) listing
all items you have purchased. The invoice will also serve as your receipt. Payment
must be made at this time.
Take your paid invoice to the respective boards where volunteers will assist you in
obtaining your newly won purchases. Items will be released only upon presentation
of a paid receipt.
Gift certificates and Trinity party reservations will be distributed at the checkout
table.
Payment in full for all items purchased by check, cash, or VISA/MasterCard must
be made by 12:00 midnight. If the highest bidder is not present, he/she will be
contacted within 72 hours. If this cannot be accomplished, the auction item will
be sold to the next highest bidder. One week will be given for NSF checks or invalid
VISA/MasterCard charges to be made good, and then the item will be sold to the
next highest bidder.
All auction items must be removed from the Flower residence at the conclusion
of the evening, unless special delivery arrangements are required. It is the sole
responsibility of the purchaser to make such arrangements, and said arrangements
shonld Ie accomplished I, noon on Snnda,. April 11. 2018.
