TERMS OF AUCTION  1 . 4. That the balance 75% of the Bid price shall be paid within 15 days of the date of  auction in the Honorable Court .In case the highest Bidder fails to pay the balance  payment within 15 days in accordance accordance with this clause, the amount paid by the succes suc cessfu sfull Bidder Bidder will will be forfei forfeited ted..
