Mallorca National High School aims at:







Putting up learning centers and improving ‘GULAYAN sa PAARALAN’ out of the very limited space.
Orienting students on the YECS club and helping them to acquire and apply entrepreneurship skills.
Sending more students to seminars, trainings and other extra curricular activities.
Encouraging and motivating teachers to pursue masteral and doctoral courses for their professional growth.
Upgrading teachers’ salaries through promotion and step increment.
Putting up dance troop and students’ choir to promote culture and arts.

Student Development
Film viewing for more effective teaching and learning experience.
Team teaching of teachers to maximize teaching-learning process.
Analysis of the least and most learned skills to be the bases of teachers’ improved strategies.
Reviewing and training of students by their teachers and coaches.
Peer coaching among students.
Inclusion of ICT in all subjects and more computer hands-on as possible.
Curriculum Development
Weekly observation of classes and monthly demo teaching per subject area.
Using of strategic intervention materials (SIM) to improve teaching.
Conducting INSET at least once every two months per subject area.
Checking / following-up lesson plans, lesson logs and monitoring students’ up-to-date records.
Analysis and interpretation of test results to identify least learned skills from which to base interventions.
Periodic checking of all school forms to monitor students’ performance, attendance, and the likes.

C. School-Community Partnership, Stakeholder Mobilization
Participating in all community programs and thrusts.
Coordinating with the office of the mayor and Barangay Chair for the “clean and green” programs, anti-drugs campaign, etc.
Coordinating with the local government unit (LGU) for support during seminars, athletics, and academic contests.
Coordinating with the Police Department, Bureau of Fire Protection for DRRM training and disaster control management.
Coordinating with the municipal Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for local programs like 4P’s and student
bullying.
 Keeping open line communication with the LGU, as regards to local programs and activities.
 Observing transparency to stakeholders as regards to activities of the school and related financial matters.
 Consultation with the stakeholders and maintaining harmonious working relationship with them.
