Enclosed you will find a donation for the blessing boxes. I assume that many will contribute nonperishable food for these families. Therefore, my thought is that I would like this contribution to go for a $60 gift card to a grocery store for each of these seven families to be able to purchase their own Christmas dinner , which we all know includes a lot of things, i.e. turkey or ham, which cannot be put into a nonperishable food box. Also, every family has different traditions which are a valuable part of a child s Christmas memories. The additional funds, are for each of the eight children to get a $10.00 gift card to buy a gift for their parents. I am not leaving the children out; but will bring those gifts to the blessing box. I just wanted you to have this in time to get the gift cards to the families in time for them to do their shopping, thawing and cooking. Thank you all for all the work you do, anThe Kaisharis Family
