Dear Mr. Francis:
We are very pleased to enclose our business plan for the New Generation
Salon and Spa. A proposed new salon and spa in Perez Boulevard, Dagupan
City, that will provide a unique kind of service with the use of new
technology, which will serve our clients more comfortable, relaxing and
happier on the outcome of their new outlook. We will also offer Beauty
Products, promos and entertainments to them. We believe that using of new
technology, promos and entertainment will allow us to generate significant
revenues for the Salon and Spa, that we will be earning a profit within a year
of opening.
To establish the kind of Salon and Spa we envision, we plan to put up P
240,000.00 of our own capital. We will need additional financing of P
260,000.00. As you will note from our pro forma financial statements, we
plan to repay the loan within two years.

The NEW GENERATION SALON AND SPA is proud to present its Business
Plan to the PSBank Philippines. New Generation Salon and Spa will provide our
clients with the highest degree of customer service in a professional and unique
setting. We are committed to performing our crafts exceptionally well and
continually strive to improve ourselves in the areas of education in our skill,
both within the salon setting and in the external professional beauty community.
We continually search the industry market place for the newest technology
(modern equipment and materials) and the finest in hair care, skin care, and
nail care products in order to provide our clients with the outmost in the beauty
care experience. Upon commencement of operations, we will also sell a wide
range of beauty services and products. What will set New Generation apart from
the competition is our commitment to providing all of these services in one
convenient location. The salon and spa will be located in the Street of Perez
Boulevard, Dagupan City. The location is strategically situated on one of the
busiest streets in the City of Dagupan. It is a high profile area, with easy access
from all parts of the Dagupan.
To achieve our objectives, New Generation is seeking additional loan
financing worth P260, 000.00. This loan will be paid from the cash flow from the
business, and will be collateralized by the assets of the company, and backed by
