The Consulta Consultants nts must must provide provide profession professional, al, ob+ectiv ob+ective, e, and impartia impartiall advice advice and at all times hold the Client?s interests paramount, without any consideration for  future wor#. and strictly avoid conflicts with other assignments or their own corporate interests. The Consultants shall not be hired for any assignment that would be in conflict with their prior or current obligations to other clients, or that may place them in a. position of not being able to carry out the assignment in the best interest of the Client. *ithout limitation on the generality of this rule, consultants shall not be hired under the circumstances set forth below4 a! : firm which has been been engaged by the Client to provide provide goods or wor#s wor#s for  a pro+ect, and any of its affiliates, shall not be eligible for providing consult$ ing servic services es for the same same pro+e pro+ect. ct.
