JOB TITLE:

Product Management Lead

REPORTS TO:

Vice President, Marketing

As an integral member of the ClickBank marketing team, the Product Management Lead will guide a multi-disciplined effort to increase top line revenue through the development, launch and execution of new products and services, improve the profitability and utilization of existing features and create the roadmap for developing new market opportunities for the company. The Product Management Lead should possess a unique blend of business business and technical savvy; a big picture vision, and the the drive to make that vision a reality. reality.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • •

Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities Spend significant time with customers, Sales, Account Management, and Business Development teams to understand the market requirements and perspectives, as well as general market conditions and larger industry trends. Validate or modify business case suppositions suppositions based on market analytics and customer trends. Manage the Market Intelligence process ensuring that the ClickBank organization and our product strategic roadmap aligns with the competitive environment. Collaborate to drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development, Operations and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product design, and positioning. Articulate and implement the specific ClickBank product strategies, to include product content, pricing, and  positioning. Clearly communicate value and differentiation differentiation of these products products to internal and external stakeholders stakeholders including Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, and customers. Develop business requirement documents (BRD) and product specifications and manage release content by establishing and communicating roadmaps, working with the development team, and ensuring appropriate and optimal technical requirements are provided. Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and assist the Marketing Services Manager in the development of the sales tools that support the selling process of our products Perform financial/data analysis and prioritize initiatives Measure impact and fine tune strategies and product roadmap Work with IT and Operations teams to optimize product features for enhanced user experience Manage end-to-end execution of product roadmap Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. When needed, champion and lead change to support the strategy.

Qualifications and minimum requirements: • • •





Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 10+ years of product management experience Expert knowledge of modern product management concepts and techniques, including Agile development and Pragmatic Marketing methodologies Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in delivering a world-class customer experience (ideally in the digital content industry) Demonstrated history of driving product innovation

Expertise in social networks and mobile technology platforms Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with proforma financial and operational analysis Excellent communication and persuasion skills; demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members  Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; comfort responding quickly to rapidly evolving threats and opportunities Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to effectively present and communicate information to the executive team. Must have bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
