    Application Requirements:

Online application: statement of purpose, resume,
references, and unofficial transcripts. TOEFL/IELTS scores
(Int. applicants only) and GRE scores are required. Submit
official test scores through ETS, code 5496, and upload
copies of test reports with your online application. You
must submit a complete application by the Graduate
Program Deadlines listed above.
Education History



You must have a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a
college or university recognized as standard by a regional or
general accrediting agency. Applicants are required to provide
the Graduate School with an academic record(s) for each
institution attended (translated into English), regardless of
whether
a
degree
was
obtained.
There are three methods for submitting your academic records:
1. Upload unofficial academic record(s)/transcript(s) along
with your application. Official transcript(s) are only
required upon admission. (recommended / fastest) OR
2. Request that your previous institution(s) electronically
deliver your official transcript to the Graduate School at
[email protected] OR
3. Request that your previous institution(s) mail your
official transcript directly to the Graduate School (most
timely)
NOTE: If you currently attend or have previously attended NC State

University, you are not required to provide an NC State transcript, unless
you attended prior to the mid-1970s. You are required to provide
transcripts from any post-secondary institutions other than NC State.
Please list your most recent Baccalaureate Education first, followed by
each of the other post-secondary institutions attended in the sections
below. Failure to furnish full information may bar admission, or result in
cancellation of admission. We do not require an academic record of high
school or equivalent education. If you are recommended for admission,
one official transcript
from
each
institution
will
be
required.
NC State University reserves the right to rescind any offer of admission
made if discrepancies between unofficial and official transcript(s) are
found.
