Check that all Water line valves are opening and closing
freely (by hand) and check remote operation of the valves, if
provided .Flange alignments are OK.

SCL of valves complete. Manufacturers test certificates
are available and properly documented

Check the tightness of the flange joints and no fitting element
is missing.

Check manholes/access doors are properly closed

Access ladder is provided for CT and is safe.

Ensure that the sump is provided with a drain valve and the
drain is connected to a nearby trench.

Check the alignment with prime mover is proper and record
the alignment readings for future maintenance.

Check that all moving parts are adequately guarded.

Check whether temperature measuring instruments are
provided for bearings.

Check the Fan blade angle and note for future reference.

Check the motor as per instruction manual of the
