Besides of India, we can see that Europe due to the economic crisis is looking more and more like the Dark Ages for young Europeans in search of jobs. From the research that we found, Official figures show that one out of five of them actively ready to work can’t. In parts of Spain and Greece the figure pushes towards half. Unemployment is shutting young people out of active society. Europe's high unemployment is the consequence of an unduly rapid rate of technological change, associated with advances in information technology. South Africa, Africa’s largest economy, has the highest unemployment rate among the world’s 50 biggest economies. Unlike rising joblessness in Europe though, the situation in South Africa is nothing new, the country's unemployment rate has been remain since 1997. A key factor behind South Africa’s high unemployment rate is the country’s apartheid history, which has created a black market for jobs.

In Spain and Portugal, the number of young graduates facing jobless serious problem also on the risk Most of them claim that it is so hard to find a job feel like urged to change countries for job. With every passing month that young people remain unemployed, they lose valuable opportunities to enhance their skills. Many are forced to work on temporary contracts, which give employers more scope to fire people, to give smaller perks and to pay lower wages.

Employers have little incentive to invest in the education and training of employees who won't stick around for very long. The unemployment problem that faced by Spain and Portugal encounter the similar problem with Malaysia such as Malaysia’s employer not willing to pay more for talents candidates or send them to external training.

2.0 Trends in current HRM Human resources are usually considered as one of the most valuable assets in an organization. The firm poses that superior performance is the result focus on three critical success factors such as time, cost and quality. We can analysis the risk and opportunities of the current HRM practices adopted by companies in Malaysia. Training and development activities have been identified as crucial to organizational and survival in today’s competitive world. Based on the second article mentioned that skills and internal practices of a company can be taught but graduates need to be proficient in English to learn. Employers need to launch an intervention programme to ensure a supply of skilled labour. By provide training to those fresh graduates can increased employee skills, which has a direct impact on employee productivity. In addition, training is an effective way to overcome the factors that decrease employee job performance and satisfaction where we can read through from article 3 many fresh graduates are given on the job training at an executive pay package. It’s found that the graduates become much more employable after learning these soft skills – they become more productive, more aggressive, more forthcoming. Our government also urged and strongly encourage companies to play more active role and train its new recruit. A company that continuously train and develop its employees is actually increasing the market value of its employees, which affects employees’ productivity, commitment and may decrease motivation to quit the company. Training and development is used as a tool for employers to motivate employees and reward them for their loyalty and commitment. As if provide adequate training not only equips the employees with necessary knowledge and skills to perform their assigned duties but in the same time also make the employees more loyal and committed to the company due to the perception that the company has done them favour by allowing them to get adequate training.

In the HRM practices, the recruitment process has played an important role. Proper selection and recruitment process can ensure that choosing the right person for the right job, so that they fit with the culture and climate of the organization. From the article 1, recruitment is a distinct challenge as the universities are churching out graduates who don’t have the requisite skills to enter workforce. Therefore, employers need to identify the right employees in the first place can decrease the cost of employees training and development. In addition, companies have to attract skilful employees whose value and goals are consistent with the company. We take an example from the third article, some companies are not willing to pay more for talent, and so might face higher turnover rate. HRM practices should adopt the method of performance-based compensation that companies use to evaluate and reward employee. The positive link between performance based compensation and employee performance can encourage employees to perform better and higher commitment level.

2.2 (Trends in current HRM) Training is essential being provide for those future graduates in order to meet the demands of evolving HRM practices. Employers can collaborate with training centre such as Protégé programme develop program that involved in career development and progression. A mentor will be assigned to the company to accompany the employees through the entire duration of the programme provide guide, language training, skills and knowledge needed in workforce. The training can provide individuals with improved prospects of future employment and earnings. In addition, added advantage of building the high value skills for the economy and society of tomorrow on the basis of investment today. Government needs to put education at the heart of any plans to help us get out of the issue of serious unemployment. In tough economic times people need access to qualifications that will really make a difference to their lives and career prospects, and are relevant to their needs. I strongly believe in the power of education to change people's lives. In the current economic climate, it is absolutely essential that we provide support to those people who need to learn new skills in order to find work. By Increase opportunities to access university for those on job seekers allowance would not only be of great individual benefit, but would also be in the long-term interest of our economy. Report showed that the investment in education sector was among the huge focus by government in effort to generate human capital excellence, creativity and innovation to help strengthening the education system in Malaysia. The government had also recently launched the Malaysia Education Blueprint, which contained views, recommendations and feedback, to further enhance the country’s education system. Parents play an important role in their children ability to have academic achievement. The involvement and encouragement of parents can help a child excel in education. The fundamental right of parents to choose the educational options that fit with their child’s need and value, and the educational effectiveness of a system which gives parents the greatest choice in the education. Parental involvement in children’s learning is a key factor in improving children’s academic attainment and achievements, as well as their overall behaviour and attendance.

Children development is set primarily at home and in school, and when these two environments are attuned to each other, our child benefits the most. Working hand-inhand with schools will help us better understand the needs and development of our child, so that we may give the necessary family care, support and reinforcement at home. Although most parents do not know how to help their children with their education, but I believe that with guidance and support, they may increasingly involved in home learning activities, to be models for learning and guide their children. Parents also can express high but realistic expectation for achievements. Parents can set goals and standards that appropriate for children’s maturity, encouraging special talents and for family successes. Role of school is to develop raw child to perfect. Education should be attractive that students enjoy study rather than feeling as curse to them. School can develop framework by assists educator in developing school and family partnership programs. The main reason to create such partnership is to help all youngsters succeed in school and in later life. The current trends in education include a focus upon the individualization of instruction to meet the needs of students. The individualization of instruction can take on various forms, including small group, one on one instruction, teaching and learning based upon student learning styles as well as multiple intelligences. The individualization of instruction should be based upon data, whether formal or informal. Teachers should come to school prepared to teach. That includes having a completed lesson plan as well as the necessary materials available and ready for execution. It entails making sure the prepared lessons are engaging, meaningful and authentic to students as they make connections to the material that is taught. As strategies are tried and tested, the educational process should be recursive to meet the needs of students, regardless of where they are on the continuum of educational achievement.
