IDENTIFY INDUSTRY:
Pakistani fashion has true potential to grow exponentially in the next decade. Fashion is a reflection of lifestyle. International fashion designers have to realize that for fashion to last and be profitable, and businesses to grow, designs have to move down several market segments, evolving as it moves down, but holding true to the design concept/signature. The signature design element itself becomes the product’s brand identity. The business of fashion requires business strategies, planning, organized marketing and selling, promotion and positioning. Design research based on market and consumer feedback, lifestyle trends, market economics, raw material resources, color palettes, textile trends and other factors need to be done in depth and in all seriousness. Fashion merchandise is highly perishable and dynamic. Product research and development needs to become an ongoing and continuous process, very much like the R&D processes, that are the norm for all other lifestyle products. The business of fashion too, therefore, needs to be pre-emptive, and proactive rather than reactive. Product design needs to be clever and production-friendly to ensure timely deliveries without taking away from the design innovation factor. Market potential needs to be studied the adaptability of the design/fashion content of the product to enable growth in the market share and business, by straddling consumer segments. For opting any business first we have analyze the region where our business will survive successfully. We have searched that in the target market there is a huge desire of traditional dresses, and we have seen that many Pakistani living there locally run the small businesses of the selling Pakistani dresses that’s why we have decided to start the

business of Designers wear in target market. And giving a brand name to our products in Colors.

To analyze the competitors first we have to understand their business approach; what strategies they are formulating and opting to be successful in the market. After understanding their strategies we will be able to adopt their strategies and can also improve our product and make it more reliable then our competitors.

We are stitching one of the finest qualities of men and women wears that is Shalwar Qameez and Kurtas but also bridal dresses, shararas, sherwanies . We specialize in all sorts dresses in chiffon, georgette, koshiboo, crepe, charmause, silk, staple, cotton, blended fabrics in dyed, print and embroidery form, no matter what printing, dyeing and embroidery you require on garment. We can produce it accordingly for you. We are table printing, spray painting, block printing, rotary printing, flok printing and screen printing along with hand & machine embroideries on articles. In hand embroidery we do resham work, dabkaa work,

cutwork with beats, sindhi embroidery and many other stitches. In short no matter what so ever customer demand is in any wear we can produce it.

Labor force Labor force in manufacturing of the product will be from Pakistan and the number of labors are 800 and for export 100 labors are also separately assigned duties and in Canada there are also a staff of 100 skilled labors for taking off the clothes from the airport and then supply them to the outlets. On every outlet we have the designers, assistants, finance manager to guide the customers and to maintain the records.

Raw Material

All the raw material we will purchased from Faisalabad and Gujranwala.

Machinery It includes the machines of designing clothes, packing, finishing, cutting, sewing machines.

Models are Pakistani so that it gives a true picture of our culture and also fulfilled our purpose.

ESTIMATING REVENUES AND PROFITS:

Revenue generation is in Canadian dollars and with the good repute of our business we are earning a very good profit which is increasing with the popularity of our products. Sales are very good and we have a large number of buyers and the demand is increasing day by day which resulting in the profits.
