Workplace training courses in the field of computing education are not new. However, the supervision of the training of large numbers of students to make their experience unique and adaptable for others under similar circumstances is not yet widespread. In this paper, we present the planning and execution of a computing education course; the proposed model will be beneficial to other educators when designing and implementing similar courses.
