The capstone of the core curriculum; synthesizes lessons of the first year.

The circles in this section of the diagram represent the ways in which the different elements of the Yale MBA curriculum relate to each other, illustrating a distinctive view of management education that isn’t divided into conventional academic disciplines. The first year is dominated by the core curriculum, though students also take at least four units of elective classes.
