WIFE’S PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ASSETS. The Husband hereby waives any
and all right, title, interest or claim which he may have or may hereafter have the right to
assert under any applicable law, including any claim under M.G.L. c. 208, s. 34 or any
similar equitable marital property law or doctrine, in the following assets and property of
the Wife:
a) ___year/make/model_______ vehicle which is titled in Wife’s
name. The Wife shall be solely responsible for the costs associated
with the vehicle including but not limited to insurance, maintenance and
excise tax and she shall hold the Husband harmless and indemnify him
from any premium payments and claims made thereon.
b) Bank accounts as listed on her Financial Statement

HUSBAND’S PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ASSETS. The Wife hereby waives
any and all right, title, interest or claim which she may have or may hereafter have the
right to assert under any applicable law, including any claim under M.G.L. c. 208, s. 34
or any similar equitable marital property law or doctrine, in the following assets and
property of the Husband:
a) ____Year/make/model_____ vehicle which is titled in Husband’s
name. The ownership of this vehicle is subject to a loan. The Husband
shall be solely responsible for the loan and for the costs associated with
the vehicle including but not limited to insurance, maintenance and
excise tax and he shall hold the Wife harmless and indemnify her from
any premium payments and claims made thereon.
b) Bank accounts as listed on his Financial Statement

Use this language for standard waiver of debts/liabilities:
LIABILITIES - The Parties shall maintain their own credit accounts and/or charge accounts for
their own benefit alone and agree to hold the other party harmless for any charge therefor.
Neither party will incur any debts in the name of the other. Each party will be solely responsible
for the debts listed on their respective Financial Statements. Each party further agrees to be
responsible for any individual debts not disclosed on their Financial Statements filed herewith,
and agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless therefrom. The parties further agree that
they shall immediately cease incurring further joint debt and close any remaining joint credit
accounts.
