NARRATIVE REPORT

Participants went out of the Physical Science Buildingt (PSB) and
find safe location away from any falling body that may harm them.
VICTORIA, ORIENTAL MINDORO—The Mindoro
State College of Agriculture & Technology, Main
Campus conducted an earthquake drill on
November 19, 2014 around its campus amidst
successive rainfall at 10:30 AM.
The drill was participated by students,
teachers and employees of MinSCAT that were
grouped as to building location of their classes on
the time of the drill. Orientation on the drill started
at 10:30 and bell rang at 11:00 that signifies the
quake.
The students and other participants went
out to the safest place around the campus which
were previously assigned on the basis of its
proximity from the building they came from.
Several employees and staff were assigned
of documenting the activity while some were tasked
to make sure the students follow instruction given
during the orientation and that the activity is
properly conducted.
At 11:20 AM, the participants went back to
their classrooms and offices that marked the end of
the drill. It was reported that there were 652

students and 59 faculty and staffs who
participated in the earthquake drill.

The students went out of their classroom one by one to ensure that there will be no
build-up in along the way. They cover their head and sits down when the quake is
on-going as they head their way to the assembly point.
