Engineers specific comment : There are issues with some of the breakers on this board. However, a trained thermographer would be particularly interested in the small heat flare running down the cable on the red phase. (Spot1 to Ref spot). Without the use of a thermal camera this anomaly would proably gone unnoticed. SEE NEXT PAGE.
General Comments The overall condition of the unit was good. No visible damage was evident. Access to unit was also acceptable.

Engineers specific comment : Once the safety cover had been removed by the Electrician the true danger was revealed. Spot 1 is measuring the temperature on the terminal screw head, the area to the left of this is a small burning hole. This can be seen in the digital image.
General Comments The overall condition of the unit was good. No visible damage was evident. Access to unit was also acceptable.

Engineers specific comment : This image clearly shows a hotspot (anomally) with a flare dissipating along the cable. However, with the aid of a clamp meter we are now able to predict what would happen to that circuit under full load conditions.
General Comments The overall condition of the unit was good. No visible damage was evident. Access to unit was also acceptable.
