On 29 October ,I bought a dress from your New York branch.This product should come within twenty days but has spent more than a month and unfortunately has come not yet . I have bought many items from your company and have always been pleased in the past.But this time I am disappointed because the service was not performed correctly. I understand that that for different different problems the product does not come and to resolve the the problem ,I would appreciate appreciate to give back my my money.I look look forward to your reply and to your resolving my problem.
