Europe was the first continent to go live with Digitals SAP program and we spent many hours resolving conflicting processes and procedures and during the weeks for go live testing we resolve many issues both major and minor, however on the go live date we shipped the first product from Ayr, Scotland without incident. Managed export licensing employees in multiple countries in South America, Japan , China, Hong Kong, Korea, Africa and Australia, as they would submit applicatio ns for shipment. I established and automated system between DEC and the DOD/DOC to issue license to Washington until we re-issued our Distribution Lice nse.
