In any building/bungalow construction work, after excavation, lean concrete or PCC is laid. If the concrete mixing facility is available at site, to get a cohesive mix, one should go for NORMAL PLASTICIZER. This plasticizer makes concrete more cohesive by nullifying the segregation of aggregates in lower grade or lean concrete. FAIRMATE make FAIRCRETE N is the ideal product for lean concrete. If concrete is supplied from RMC plant, it is advisable to adopt high performance plasticizer or super plasticizer. FAIRMATE make FAIRCRETE HP or FAIRFLO is the right product to fulfill the requirement. After completion of lean concrete, RCC of foundation starts. Generally, nowadays, foundation and super structure RCC work are done as per the designed mix. By considering quality factor in mind, customer relies on RMC plants. FAIRCRETE RMW - INTEGRAL WATERPROOFING COMPOUND
The ground floor is casted in the form of IPS on a well compacted earth mass. During monsoon, if water table is rising, untreated floor may cause oozing of moisture through beautiful tiles. So, to arrest the moisture uplifting, care is to be taken necessarily at every step. FAIRMATE make FAIRCRETE RMW is an integral waterproofing compound for concrete. 150ml to 200ml per bag is the ideal dosage of FAIRCRETE RMW for a waterproof concrete. FAIRPLAST IP - WATERPROOF PLASTER ADDITIVE
After completing plinth beams, brick work starts. By considering heavy water logging in the surrounding, it is a wisdom to take right precaution in brick work. First of all, all the bricks shall be well soaked before laying. It is very important to make joints waterproof. FAIRMATE has got FAIRPLAST IP whose 200gms dosage per bag of cement is good enough to prepare mortar for brickwork. Dosage of FAIRPLAST IP makes mortar waterproof therefore doubts of seepage through plinth is eliminated. FAIRFIBRE P - FOR PLASTERING JOB
After completion of RCC work and brickwork, plastering work is started in building / bungalow construction. In plastering work, the most common problem which is faced is the hair line cracks.This defect also damages the aesthetic looks of the building. People apply their experience and do experiments to eliminate these cracks. Mostly, they are unsuccessful. These cracks are basically developed due to (a) shrinkage of mortar (b) Over trowelling. FAIRMATE make FAIRFIBRE P can solve this problem. FAIRFIBRE P is a polyester fibre reinforcement based fibrous form of admixture to be added (125gms per bag of cement) to prepare a consistent, non-shrink mortar which can also resist tension on the surface due to trowelling. FAIRFIBRE P is available in various lengths up to 15mm. Its evenly dispersion in the mortar makes it more workable and reduces the rebounding effect so it proves quite economical. BENEFITS : < Adds the tensile strength with its unique distribution in concrete. < Makes the concrete cohesive and workable. < Economical due to less dosage and high results.
SAFECORE R - DOWELS FOR EXTENSION
In some of the buildings/bungalows, reinforcement dowels are left for future expansion. Over a period of time, these dowels are rusted and cross sectional area may also reduce. So, to protect these dowels from carbonation effects, FAIRMATE make SAFECORE R is applied on the dowels. They don't have any problem with concrete bonding so it is not needed to remove at the time of expansion work. BENEFITS : < Exposed reinforcements remain protected against weathering effects. < SAFECORE R coated reinforcement does not require removal before further / next RCC work. < Does not allow weathering effect to travel in existing concrete.
SETRELEASE - SURFACE TREATMENT
A good quality of concreting is depending on many factors apart from quality of supplied concrete. A proper lubrication in the form of release agent also carries equal importance in producing a good quality of concrete. FAIRMATE make SETRELEASE is the effective chemical which can produce exposed concrete with sealed pores as well as helpful in prolonging the life of shutters/moulds by increasing repetitions. FAIRBOND EP / FAIRCRETE SB (L) - BONDING AGENT
After completion of foundation work, the next activity that starts in a building/bungalow work is the casting of columns up to the plinth level beams. Generally, columns' casting involves major activities like reinforcement binding and shutter fixing. In any case, columns casting is not becoming possible before cold joint formation. When cold joint occurs, it is essential to take care of the joints. FAIRMATE make epoxy base FAIRBOND EP or acrylic base FAIRCRETE SB (L) is the right product for treating the joint in a proper way. RCC shall be done as per the FAIRMATE specification to avail optimum advantage of the Bonding Agent. CRACKSEAL SUPER - CUT OUTS FOR ELECTRICAL FITTINGS
Modern building designs are having cut outs for electrical fittings at many places in a single wall to provide facility to electrical goods.This cut outs are required to be sealed with proper non-shrinking material. FAIRMATE make CRACKSEAL SUPER is a single pack, non-shrink fast setting material. Prepare the material of mortar consistency and seal the gap between cut out and the switch board / panel. BENEFITS : < Eliminates shrinkage problems associated with cement concrete & mortar. < Ensures effective bonding and does not allow water penetration. < No shrinkage crack near the switch boards.
FOR FLOORING JOB
(A) FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT : Flooring is one of the most important works nowadays when very high quality of tiles are being used in buildings/bungalow. When expensive tiles are being used, it is essential to level the base. Due to overhead activities and by assuming enough care while laying tiles, undulations are expected. FAIRMATE make FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT is a cementitious, self leveling product available in 18 kg pack and requires 2.52kg water. Levelling from 5mm to max 50mm can be done by FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT. FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT gets set in 4hours on which tile adhesive can be laid. BENEFITS : < Best with any substrate. < Worthful as subsequent activity can be started in short time. < High strength, durable and easy in application. (B) FAIRFIX TA STD - TILE ADHESIVE :
Proper tile fixing and to make adhesive layer waterproof, it is necessary to use suitable tile adhesive. FAIRMATE make FAIRFIX TA STD is one of the highly demanded products in tile adhesive group. It is a high strength waterproofing grout. FAIRFIX TA STD can be applied on both dry and wet surfaces. Powder : Water proportion is 3 : 1. Both material shall be mixed thoroughly and is applied with trowel. After touch dry, it is trowelled by using a zig-zag scrapper.This scrapper / trowel makes a rough surface for the tile to get better adhesion. Laid tiles should have max 2 to 3 mm gap for tile grouting. It is recommended after 24 hours. Any stain left on tiles (due to tile adhesive) can be removed by FAIRMATE make FM-DEGREASER. BENEFITS : < Easy in application and durable due to impermeable in nature. < Contains good adhesion with tiles.

FAIRFIX TG STD - TILE GROUT :
Solidly adhered tiles on well leveled adhesive require grouting by pigmented, non-shrinking, wear and weather resistant grouting material. FAIRMATE make FAIRFIX TG STD is one of the highly demanded products in building material list. It is like other tile grouts that provides waterproofing to the joints to stop any minor seepage exposure to the surface and is to be applied diagonally in the grooves. WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS
Any building or bungalow construction is considered as incomplete until proper waterproofing system is provided in it. (A) WATERGUARD WM (F) - CARE OF HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL JOINTS : Moisture has got tendency to travel through joints. On a terrace, where right angle it is formed at the intersection of parapet and slab, it is leakage prone zone. FAIRMATE make WATERGUARD WM (F) works efficiently as the honch and does not allow water to percolate. By considering economy factor in mind, two component polymer base cementitious product WATERGUARD A with 3 coats can give life for 2 to 3 years with an excellent performance of waterproofing characteristics. If building or bungalow is located in high rainfall intensity area, it is compulsory to secure the walls and slab from moisture ingress. FAIRMATE make Glass Fibre Reinforced WATERGUARD MEMBRANE is a 'life time solution' with high resistance to weathering effects as well as its 3mm to 4mm film thickness is a barrier to water. FAIRMATE WALL PUTTY
When a building/bungalow is almost ready for the offer of booking, last but not the least activity is application of putty material on plastered surface. FAIRMATE make FAIRMATE WALL PUTTY is a white cement based putty powder that requires precise quantity of water (1:3) to form a paste/putty. This prepared putty is applied either with putty knife or spatula on concrete surface. Its smooth texture and feathered edge surface provides a silky touch to your walls and ceilings. FAIRFIBRE P is a polyester fibre reinforcement based fibrous form of admixture to be added (125gms per bag of cement) to prepare a consistent, non-shrink mortar which can also resist tension on the surface due to trowelling. FAIRFIBRE P is available in various lengths up to 15mm. Its evenly dispersion in the mortar makes it more workable and reduces the rebounding effect so it proves quite economical. SAFECORE R - DOWELS FOR EXTENSION
In some of the buildings/bungalows, reinforcement dowels are left for future expansion. Over a period of time, these dowels are rusted and cross sectional area may also reduce. So, to protect these dowels from carbonation effects, FAIRMATE make SAFECORE R is applied on the dowels. They don't have any problem with concrete bonding so it is not needed to remove at the time of expansion work. SETRELEASE - SURFACE TREATMENT

FAIRMATE make CRACKSEAL SUPER is a single pack, non-shrink fast setting material. Prepare the material of mortar consistency and seal the gap between cut out and the switch board / panel. (A) FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT : Flooring is one of the most important works nowadays when very high quality of tiles are being used in buildings/bungalow. When expensive tiles are being used, it is essential to level the base. Due to overhead activities and by assuming enough care while laying tiles, undulations are expected. FAIRMATE make FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT is a cementitious, self leveling product available in 18 kg pack and requires 2.52kg water. Levelling from 5mm to max 50mm can be done by FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT. FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT gets set in 4hours on which tile adhesive can be laid. BENEFITS : < Best with any substrate. < Worthful as subsequent activity can be started in short time. < High strength, durable and easy in application. (B) FAIRFIX TA STD - TILE ADHESIVE :
Proper tile fixing and to make adhesive layer waterproof, it is necessary to use suitable tile adhesive. FAIRMATE make FAIRFIX TA STD is one of the highly demanded products in tile adhesive group. It is a high strength waterproofing grout. FAIRFIX TA STD can be applied on both dry and wet surfaces. Powder : Water proportion is 3 : 1. Both material shall be mixed thoroughly and is applied with trowel. After touch dry, it is trowelled by using a zig-zag scrapper.This scrapper / trowel makes a rough surface for the tile to get better adhesion. Laid tiles should have max 2 to 3 mm gap for tile grouting. It is recommended after 24 hours. Any stain left on tiles (due to tile adhesive) can be removed by FAIRMATE make FM-DEGREASER.
