Tata DOCOMO“Jeet Ki Ghanti Kabhi bhi Baj Sakti Hai Contest” is first of its kind Contest wherein Tata DOCOMOsubscribers can participate & get a chance to win Talktime , bikes and cars free of cost. For participating in the Contest the Participant needs to register once on a Daily basis by sending sms “TICKET” to 52121 (TOLL FREE). GSM users can also use the USSD platform to register by dialing *555# 2. What is up for grabs? Customers can participate & get a chance to win a. 1 car every day, b. 1 Motorcycle every hour and c. Free Talktime 3. Are there any Assured Benefits? Yes. All Prepaid subscribers who participate in this Contest are also eligible for an assured benefit of “More Than Full Talktime ” on purchase of a Special Recharge in their Home circle during the Contest period. As a confirmation of registration you will receive a 10 character Alphanumeric Code (TICKET). This will make you eligible for all hourly and daily draws to be conducted post time of registration for that day. Indemnification Letter: An Indemnification Letter will have to be signed by the Winner (on a Rs. 300 non-judicial stamp paper). The Winner can subm it 3 stamp papers of Rs. 100 value purchased in his own name. Payment of Advance Tax against receipt of Gift in Kind: A document confirming that Advance Tax has been paid to receive the Gift (Car/Bike) from Tata Teleservices Ltd. will need to be filled with due details. 3 self attested photocopies of the PAN Card used to pay the Tax Challan will o need to be provided as support documents. All details will be provided by the Representative contacting you regarding the Prize Claim process.

Vehicle Delivery: Winner/legal guardians of the winner in case the winner is a minor shall be o responsible for completing the necessary formalities of Vehicle Registration/payment of Road Tax and all other necessary documentation as mandated by the State Government to make the Vehicle valid for plying on the Public Roads. The Dealership reserves the right to stall the release of the vehicle in case o Winner does not provide necessary documents as per the local laws.
Will it be free or do I need to pay anything to get the Prize? Our Representative will call you to inform you if you are the Winner, in detail about the costs to be borne (detailed below) during the first call and in writing as well. i. Advance Tax: this will need to be paid in full and Original Tax Challan to be provided to Tata Teleservices post verification documents being cleared by us. Vehicle Delivery: Winner/legal guardians of the winner in case the winner is a minor shall be o responsible for completing the necessary formalities of Vehicle Registration/payment of Road Tax and all other necessary documentation as mandated by the State Government to make the Vehicle valid for plying on the Public Roads. The Dealership reserves the right to stall the release of the vehicle in case o Winner does not provide necessary documents as per the local laws.
Will it be free or do I need to pay anything to get the Prize? Our Representative will call you to inform you if you are the Winner, in detail about the costs to be borne (detailed below) during the first call and in writing as well. i. Advance Tax: this will need to be paid in full and Original Tax Challan to be provided to Tata Teleservices post verification documents being cleared by us. Has to be couriered prior to the Redemption Voucher/Delivery Order is Released to the Winner for claiming his vehicle from the Designated dealership. ii. Vehicle Registration: Registration, Insurance/Handling& Warehousing charges, other Govt Levies as applicable. Customer has the option to get the same paid through the dealership or on manage the same on his own except mandatory amount which must be paid via the Dealership.
The prize will be forfeited in case the winner: a. Does not respond to contact attempts by TTL Representatives
b. Refuses to pay the necessary amounts defined above c. Refuses to provide the legitimate documentation as necessary within reasonable period of time as informed by the TTL Representative. All above documents will need to be couriered to your local TTL Representative within Home Circle. Details will be provided by TTL Representative contacting you. 24. I am below 18 and I have won a Car and/or Motorcycle? Can I claim the prize? No. In case you are below 18 and are not eligible to collect the prize, your legal guardian will need to undergo the documentation process on your behalf and pay the necessary sums. The Car/Motorcycle will be registered in their name. 25. Where will I collect the Car or Motorcycle? A Dealership will be designated by the Vehicle Manufacturer closest to the place of residence (basis Proof of Address shared by Winner). The Winner can collect the vehicle from the Dealership post clearing the documentation and payments mandated by the State Regulations. All necessary costs of travel and stay to and fro from the Dealership as necessary will have to be borne by the Winner. 26. Can I transfer the gift to anyone? No, the gift cannot be transferred to anyone. 27. Can I change the Car or Motorcycle model? No. The Dealership will release the Vehicle Model as defined in the Redemption Voucher. 28.
