Financial Analyst-12008128 Description Citi Asia Pacific Technology Finance Team is responsible for providing sound financial management, business planning and insightful analysis to the Asia Regional senior management, assisting them to achieve Citigroup's financial goals. The team plays a strategic role in the analysis of metrics, expense initiatives tracking, cost allocations and providing business decision support covering Technology team across more than 15 countries in Asia. Responsibilities include: - Data acquisition for preparation of memos for Consumer technology accruals, intercompany accounting, booking of CGICS charges and cash settlement for project cost allocation. - Prepare Balance Sheet Review package for management; follow up with the respective units & countries to clear red accounts/aged items. Ensure complete accounts attestation. - Upload the necessary files to FDW to generate the reports for month end close. - Prepare monthly FLASH and monitor the close numbers daily from BD-5 till BD+7. - Work with the relevant teams to improve the consumer technology processes. - Liaise with global and countries on the allocations to consumer Technology. Qualifications - Accountancy Degree or CPA with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience. - Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent excel skills and willing to dive into details. - Has effective communication skills and could relate well to fellow colleagues. - Good financial accounting knowledge with some audit experience preferred. - Self- driven and takes initiative to make changes and improvement. ***************** Balance Sheet & Processes Controller Description As the Balance Sheet & Processes Controller, candidate should ensure Balance Sheet Sanity of all accounts owned / proofed by O&T Finance per eRecon and coordinate with Regional hubs & Countries in confirming for complete accounts attestation within system availability windows. Other responsibilites include: Manage intercompany accounting, Prepare Balance Sheet Review packages for management, follow up with respective units & countries to clear aging red accounts/Nostro open items etc.  Coordinate for O&T Finance compliance/control processes such as prompt completion of Managers' Control Assessment Program, COB Plans & Emergency Call Tree tests, 23 A/B regulatory adherence, mandatory leaves, compliance training, etc.  Assist in processing Expense exception requests, Regional DOA reviews / Uploads, CEMP policy compliance consultation etc.

 Enforce

end-to-end consistent processes across O&T Finance on Balance Sheet controls, eg, accurate A/C aging, delinquent provisions, FA inventory checks, SW impairments reviews, releases of stale account balances etc.  Maintain required operating controls in O&T Finance such as End-User-Computing, User Entitlements, ICSA completeness. Qualifications The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements: Accountancy Degree or CPA with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience  Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent excel skills and willing to dive into details  Has effective communication skills and could relate well to fellow colleagues  Good financial accounting knowledge with some audit experience preferred  Self- driven and takes initiative to make changes and improvement
