Definition of Law Firm

•Geographical location: It should exist where people feel comfortable to visit. •Where competition is there. •Where potential is there. •Different branches should be there in various places to facilitate better services.

Promotion:
•Advertising •Event sponsorship •Bill board

People:
•Communication should be sound •Proper coordination •Collective Involvement in decision making •Should be responsible towards the organization and clients •Better relationship among themselves and also with clients.

Process:
•It should be accessible to all the members involved for better decision making. •Must satisfy customer requirement. •Any information must be available when demanded by the clients. •It must be transparent.

Physical evidence:
•Physical evidence should reflect the culture and value of the organization. •It should be lively. •It should be friendly to the environment and society.

Productivity:
•Productivity should not compromise with the quality of the services. •It should be profitable to the firm and beneficial to the society. •It must concentrate on competition and particular market segment.

Suggestion and Recommendation for revival of the firm:
•Conduct SWOT analysis:- By understanding the strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat a firm can easily improve there weaknesses which in turn enables to hole the opportunities available. •Welcoming feedback from clients:- From here we can learn the likes and dislikes of the clients, which enable the firm to act for the better services to the clients.
