Morgan R. Bentley concentrates his practice in the area of litigation involving business and real estate disputes. He handles both trial and civil proceedings as well as complex arbitrations and administrative hearings. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Florida in 1988, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary. Mr. Bentley received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1992 where he served as an associate editor of the Florida Law Review and was a member of Order of the Coif. Mr. Bentley is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts, the Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bentley is Past President of the Sarasota County Bar Association and Past President of Legal Aid of Manasota. He is also a former member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors, Young Lawyer Division, and the Executive Council, General Practice Section and The Florida Bar. He is the past chair for Manatee County Chamber of Commerce School Issues Committee and the past president of the Young Lawyer Division, Sarasota County Bar Association. In 2008, Mr. Bentley was selected by the Florida Bar for its 2008 Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award. He was recognized as a “Legal Up and Comers”, Florida Trend (July 2007) and as a “Legal Elite” Florida Trend (July 2010). Mr. Bentley was named a Fellow by the American Bar Association Foundation (2006). In 2004, he was a Gulf Coast Business Review 40 Under 40 recipient (2004). Mr. Bentley was awarded Martindale-Hubbell's AV rating in September 2004. Mr. Bentley was also awarded as the Outstanding Pro Bono Attorney, Legal Aid of Manasota, 1998.

Linda McKee Robison
Linda M. Robison was appointed to the Florida Commission on Ethics by Governor Rick Scott in 2011. Ms. Robison is a partner in the Corporate Transactions Group of Shutts & Bowen LLP and also serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Health Care Practice Group. Ms. Robison, who is resident in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen, has more than thirty-five years of experience in private practice, focusing on corporate and securities law matters, including extensive experience representing public and private companies in the health care industry and lenders to such companies. She also represents various healthcare provider entities in the structuring of joint ventures with referral sources, general fraud and abuse matters, and provider contracting arrangements. Her securities experience encompasses the preparation of registration statements for equity and debt offerings as well as exchange offers, private placements, proxy statements, and various other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Currently, she is primarily involved in structuring and negotiating various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and business reorganizations and restructures. Ms. Robison has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as AV rated and by Chambers USA as among America's Leading Lawyers for Business in Healthcare for years 2009, 2010, 2011. Michelle Anchors and her family have been leaders in the Fort Walton Beach /Destin community for six generations. Michelle is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A. 1987) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D. 1991). Following her graduation from law school, Michelle served as a law clerk to Justice Parker Lee McDonald on the Florida Supreme Court. She subsequently served as Deputy General Counsel to former Governor Lawton Chiles and was a member of his staff when he served in the United States Senate. Michelle’s depth of government and administrative knowledge allow her to match the needs of her private sector clients with the most efficient and effective solutions. Michelle provides counsel to many businesses, condominiums and homeowners associations along the Emerald Coast. She has received the highest rating offered by her professional peers in the Martindale Hubbell peer review system and been named ”Legal Elite” by (2011, 2010) Florida Trend magazine. In addition to her law practice, Michelle is committed to a number of issues and organizations in her community. Matthew F. “Matt” Carlucci is the founder and owner of Matthew F. Carlucci Insurance Agency, Inc. He is a 31-year State Farm veteran and a former board member of the Jacksonville Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, which awarded him the 2001 Community Service Award. Mr. Carlucci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Florida. Mr. Carlucci served three terms on the Jacksonville City Council, including a year as president in 2001-2002. While in public office, Mr. Carlucci fought for ethics in government, carrying on the tradition of his father, the late state Sen. Joe Carlucci. He authored, and successfully championed, the 1992 legislation that created the Jacksonville Ethics Commission. For his many efforts, Mr. Carlucci was awarded the Claude J. Yates Award for Outstanding City Council Member on the 25th anniversary of Jacksonville’s consolidated government. Mr. Carlucci was also recognized by the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce for excellence in government and was a recipient of the Charles D. Webb Award for Outstanding Legislative Service. Mr. Carlucci has long been active in the Jacksonville community, serving as president of the Jacksonville Historical Society and the Jacksonville Police Council, as well as serving on the boards of Communities In Schools and Big Brothers Big Sisters. A Jacksonville native, Mr. Carlucci is a long-time resident of Jacksonville’s San Marco neighborhood, where he resides with his wife of 34 years, the former Karen Lee Signoretti. The Carlucci’s are the proud parents of two grown sons, Matthew Carlucci Jr. and Joe Carlucci II, and are members of Southpoint Community Church.
 

Martin Ford Martin Ford was appointed to the Florida Commission on Ethics by Governor Charlie Crist on January 29, 2010. Mr. Ford is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BS In Police Administration. Mr. Ford is a US Air Force veteran having served during the Korean War period. Previously, Mr . Ford served as a Special Agent in the US Secret Service during the Kennedy and Johnson Administrations and subsequently worked as VP of Purchasing for a Michigan Steel Fabricating Company. Mr Ford was appointed a Special Agent of the FBI and retired from the FBI in 1988 in a management position. In recent years Mr Ford was appointed and served on the Citizens Forum which is an advisory Panel to the Florida Bar. In 1997 Mr. Ford was appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to the Florida Board of Bar Examiners and he continues to serve in an Emeritus status as needed by the Board. Mr. Ford and his wife Beverly live in Vero Beach, Florida and both remain active in Community Volunteer activities and try to spend as much time as possible with their three children and six grandChildren located in various States.

TOM FREEMAN
Tom and his wife, Nancy, live on the St. John's River in DeBary, FL. They have two children and one grandchild. Tom received his BA degree from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida. Both of his daughters, Nancy and Melanie and their husbands also received Juirs Doctorates from Florida. In 1965, Tom started his law practice in Sanford, FL with the law firm Stenstrom, Davis and McIntosh. He subsequently founded Freeman, Eaton, Fountain and Alley, Attorneys at Law. Three of the four partners eventually became circuit judges in the 18th Judicial Circuit. During the course of his law practice, Tom served as Municipal Judge, City Attorney, County Attorney and Circuit Judge for Seminole County. He has received a Lifetime Achievement award from the Seminole County Bar Association and the Legal Aid Society. He retired from the bench in 2003.
 

Susan Horovitz Maurer is a native Floridian. She is an AV rated member of the Florida
Bar, Managing Partner of Panza, Maurer & Maynard, P.A., and is a Commercial Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Mrs. Maurer has served the State of Florida through appointments to the Florida Workers Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association as General Counsel, and as a Board Member of the Florida Community Hospital Education Council. Mrs. Maurer’s extensive legal background is in commercial litigation, with an emphasis in Regulatory and Administrative work. Her primary practice areas have been in health care and Academic law. She is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts. Mrs. Maurer has focused on health care law since 1986. She has represented acute care chains and specialty care providers on issues of licensure, reimbursement, and fraud and abuse. Mrs. Maurer has developed and implemented corporate-wide compliance plans for public and private entities and has served as an advisor to for-profit corporate compliance committees. Mrs. Maurer has an extensive background in academic law, having represented educational institutions and educators, both public and private. For more than 25 years, she has provided advice and counsel on issues including Admissions Standards, GME, Student Loans, Labor and Employment, and Title IX. Mrs. Maurer lectures on topics including compliance, health care fraud and abuse, forensic psychology, labor and employment issues, and admissions and dismissal practices in higher education. Mrs. Maurer lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is married to Laurence Maurer, Esquire and has two children. She currently serves on the Boards of the American Lung Association South Area as Advisory Board President. She also serves as Regional Advisory Board Member for the American Lung Association Southeast, covering Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Mrs. Maurer is a Board member of the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society, and a Scarlet member of American Heart Association “Go Red for Women” campaign. She is a member of the President’s Advisory Council at Nova Southeastern University, a Florida Bar Fellow, and a member of the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art. She is a past Board Member of the Women’s Executive Club.

Stanley M. Weston is a partner with the law firm of Moseley, Prichard, Parrish, Knight & Jones of Jacksonville, Florida where he was born and raised.
