Instructional TV is an effective distance education delivery system that can be integrated into the curriculum and support other media. Visual media (television, video, computer based learning) are much higher comparing with other technologies.

The learners can learn from print materials individualy or with group. It is provided for the learners any time, any place without any diffeculties. print materials can be used in any setting without the need for sophisticated presentation equipment Print materials are passive and self- directed. Even with print materials incorporating feedback mechanisms and interactive exercises, it is easy for learners to skip to the answer section.
