Countries with whom India has signed TIEA pact are Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Macau, Liberia, Argentina, Guernsey, Bahrain and Monaco. What is TIEA? It is a pact which allows the signatories to share tax related information based on international standard of transparency and exchange of information. 10. As per BP World Energy Outlook 2030, India will overtake US as second largest coal consumer in 2024. Currently, China is the largest consumer of coal in the world. 11. 34. 34. The constitution of the 14th Finance Commission has been announced by the government. The Commission will have 5 members which will be headed by former RBI Governor Y.V. Reddy. The panel is to submit its report by October 31, 2014. 35.
