ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
The Government on whose behalf the present Agreement is signed
agrees as follows:
EXPLANATORY ARTICLE:
The creation of the Global and National Trust Fund Organization
(GNTFO)) is to address and to solve the present and retired Global
Employees and Workers integrated connected problems called HELP
PROBLEMS it means: H: Housing ( hundreds of millions units of
housing badly needed worldwide particularly the poor nations), Health
( 90% (+/-) of Retired Global Employees and Workers has No Health
Insurance), E: Education (less than 50% of the siblings and
grandchildren graduated from college; L: Loan/ Livelihood Assistance
(only few national/Global Agencies provide Livelihood Assistance
Fund and P: Pension (very small amount received by retired
employees and workers not sufficient enough to daily needs)including
Back-Pays/Social Pension Funds for Elderly people of the world
Real Problem: Because of the present Economic, Financial, Currency
and Investment Crisis, affect All Individual Nation National Trust Fund
cannot sustain the financial requirement mandated to be provided on
the HELP Problems of the present and retired workers and employees.
The Sustainable Financial Problems required on global employees
and workers HELP Problems of Nation individual National Trust Fund
will be solved through Fixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF) and to
be guaranteed by the Global and National Trust Fund Organization
(GNTFO) under the ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated Banks and the
World War I and II Reparation Fund under the CGRUP-TRUST
INTRODUCTORY ARTICLE
The Global and National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) is
established in compliance to the Creation of Universal Fund
Organization (UFO) Articles of Agreement I, Section 1, No. 4 officially
created under the LOI No. 777-14 dated September 16, 2014 and being
part of the CGRUP-TRUST created under LOI no. 780-15 and shall
operate in accordance with following provisions:

The purposes of the GNTFO are the following:
A. TO INFORM ALL NATIONS NATIONAL TRUST FUND OF THE GLOBE THE
AVAILABILITY OF INVESTMENT ORGANIZATION THAT WILL ASSURRED
AND GUARANTEED INCOME
UNDER FIXED INVESTMENT INCOME
FORMULA (FIIF) THAT WILL SUSTAIN THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT
NEEDED TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE TO THE PRESENT AND RETIRED
EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS NEEDS SUCH AS:HELP: HOUSING, HEALTH,
EDUCATION, LOAN/LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE AND PENSION.
B. TO INFORM THE NATION NATIONAL TRUST FUNDS MEMBERS OF THE
GLOBE THE CHEAPEST HOUSING, MOVABLE, FLEXIBLE, DURABLE,
LIVEVABLE, WITH SUSTAINABLE ENERGY COMING FROM RENEWABLE
ENERGY (SOLAR POWER/WIND POWER) TO BUILT IN COMPLETE
COMMUNITY WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY FAMILY
C. TO INFORM THE NATION NATIONAL TRUST FUND MEMBERS OF THE
GLOBE THE A FREE HEALTH INSURANCE OF ALL AGES UNDER THE
“FOREVER HEALTH PROJECT PROGRAM” IS AVAILABLE TO ALL NATION
AND NEAR FOR IMPLEMENTATION STARTING FROM THE HOST NATION
AND POOR NATIONS
D. TO INFORM THE ALL MEMBERS OF NATION NATIONAL TRUST FUND OF

Members and Starting Capital of GNTFO
Section1. Membership
The GNTFO Members are all the Nations/National Trust Fund Organization
members and non-members of the United Nations (UN) including qualified
Non-Government Organization (NGO) are qualified to be a member of the
GNTFO
Section 2: Authorized Capital
The Authorized Capital of the Global National Trust Fund Organization
(GNTFO) will start from Three Point Three Trillion United States Dollars
(US$3,300,000,000,000.00) to Seventy Seven Trillion United States
Dollars (US$77,000,000,000,000.00)

ALL NATIONS NATIONAL TRUST FUND INVESTMENT GUARANTEED
INCOME UNDER THE FIXED INVESTMENT INCOME FORMULA (FIIF)
Section 1: National Trust Funds
All Trust Funds in One Nation called National Trust Fund that will earn
minimum guaranteed income of Ten Percent (10%) per annum of the
amount invested to Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)
under the Fixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF)
ARTICLE V
MANDATORY INSURANCE
Section1: Mandatory Insurance to All HELP Projects
All HELP Projects financed by GNTFO through ASBLF-UFO 1,000 +++
Affiliated Banks will apply Mandatory Insurance by the HELP Project
Proponent /s to avoid HELP Projects Beneficiaries financial and material
disaster.
Section 2: Insurance Premium will always be part of the Loan
Assistance to be extended to Project Proponent/s
Giving Priority to Life, Health, Housing, Livelihood Projects under HELP
Projects, No HELP Projects will be implemented without Insurance one of
the global organization of CGRUP-TRUST will be insured all HELP Projects
ARTICLE VI
Managing Partners
Section 1: Investment Managing Partner/s
GNTFO serve as the Investment Managing Partners of All Nations National
Trust Fund in investing hard earned money of the global workers and
employees by providing Guaranteed Investment Income under the Fixed
Investment Income Formula (FIIF) of Ten Percent (10%) per annum of the
Invested amount coming from the National Trust Fund
GNTFO serve as the Project Manager in development, construction,
management, operation of All HELP Projects under the GNTFO that will
save Billions amount on the sweat and blood hard earned money of
workers and employees

ARTICLE VII
General Provisions as Regulator of Nation National Trust Fund and
HELP Projects
Section 1: Usage and Objectives
(a)To be the Head Regulator of All Nations National Trust Fund under the
Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) financed by ASBL-UFO
1,000 Affiliated Banks, and other Organizations member of CGRUP-TRUST
worldwide
(b) To make sure that HELP Projects Marshall Program will be followed by
every Nation National Trust Fund /Investor that will result “Cycle Projects
Sustainability” and will cater the benefits due to the present and retired
Global employees and workers at the same time it will create millions of
permanent employment worldwide
(c) Priority to be financed are Nation/s National Trust Funds projects to be
implemented by Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) to be
financed through ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated Banks, worldwide with
project/s name; HELP Project to assure the Lifetime Pension Funds,
Health, Housing, Education and Livelihood for the global present and
retired employees and workers as part of the Worldwide Economic
Environmental Social Spiritual (WEESS) Projects of CGRUP-TRUST
(d)To immediately suspend Nation/s National Trust Fund Branches that find
in violation of this Article of Agreement and International Labor Organization
(ILO) that negatively affected the HELP Projects investigation will be
conducted within Thirty (30) days, and final findings will be sent to GNTFO
Board of Trustees, Nation National Trust Fund Trustees, Specific Trust
Fund Trustees
(e) With the following project/s objectives;1st is to protect, assure the hardearned money of the Global Workers and Employees 2nd To integrate,
unify, easily serve, immediate, cheaper services that will give billion/trillions
of savings for the benefits of nation National Trust Fund Members and
eventually to all the people of the world using their available resources on
hand and 3rd give equalizing HELP Projects enjoyed by developed/rich
nations starting from poor nations of the Third World nations
Section 2: Limitations of Financing Nation Trust Fund Members of
Member/Nation/Investor
Limitation of financing HELP Projects on member/nation/investor will be
based on the number of employees and workers members of the nation
National Trust Fund

Section 3: HELP Projects financed by Debt Loan of 54 Nations to
TRUST: National Products from the 54 Nations with Debt/Loan to the
William V. Morales Mother Account payable to the International Banking
Commission (IBC) TRUST that will be used for HELP Projects will be
recognized and be continued under Marshall Project Program
National Products from illegally released Funds from the World War I and II
Reparation Fund the Uncut US Dollars will be denied and be discontinued
with reservation under the Global Financial Nucleus Regulatory System
(GFNRS) final recommendation.
Section 4: Dealing between Nation/Member and the GNTFO
GNTFO shall deal with Nation/NGO through Nation/s National Trust Fund
Representative Office (NNTFRO):
(a)That will handle international policy formulation and negotiations, while
maintaining effective coordination with domestic other branches of
government
(b) NNTFRO will consolidate all the Trust Funds/s agencies, committees,
and bodies currently engaged in mutual/trust fund of employees and
workers and investment policy formulation and negotiations into one
comprehensive institution
Section 5: Actual location of HELP Projects paid by National Products
paid by Members/Nations:
(a)The GNTFO shall verify if HELP Project developed coming from National
Products paid to GNTFO/NNTFRO came on particularly country/nation that
received the Loan that the proceeds of the loan were used only for the
purposes for which the loan was granted, with attention to consideration of
economy and efficiency and with-out regard to political or other noneconomic influences or considerations
(b)The GNTFO will verify if HELP Projects developed coming from National

Operation

Products produced by the Environmental Project

Program “ to every members of the family of the member/s of the Global

obligations to GNTFO and UFO, without valid legal reason/s, GNTO will
Take-over the Management and suspend or permanently terminated its
former (Project Proponent/NINTF) Trustees as the case may be. The
suspended Trustee/s shall automatically cease to be a member One (1)
year from the date of its suspension unless decision is taken by the GNTFO
and UFO Board of Trustees to restore the members to good standing.
While under suspension a nation Individual National Trust Fund Trustees
Project Proponent shall not be entitled to exercise any rights under this
agreement except the right to withdraw, but remain subject to obligation
Section 3: Settlement of Accounts with Project Proponent /Trustees to
GNTFO to be a Member:
(a)When Project Proponent/ members of GNTFO ceases to be a member,
it shall remain liable for its direct obligation to the GNTFO and for its
contingent liabilities to the UFO as long as any part of the loans and
guarantees conducted before it cease to be a member are outstanding

(b) When Project Proponent Members of GNTFO ceases, the GNTFO will
take over the management and take possession and continue the operation
of the NINTF/NGO, the Project Proponent Trustees members have the
option to pay return the right priority for one(1) year
(c) Partial settlement of account/s is acceptable after the final evaluation of
the GNTFO and Global Financial Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS)
Board of Trustees for restructuring the scheme
(d) Failure of one (1) or more Project Proponent/s Members of GNTFO
Members is not 100% ground for termination of all Project Proponent for
being a member
(e) Cash and In-kind (National Products) is acceptable for Settlement of
payment of Obligations of Project Proponent to GNTFO
ARTICLE XIII
Status, Immunities and Privileges
Section 1: Purpose of the Article
To enable the GNTFO to full the functions with which it is entrusted, the
status, immunities and privileges set forth in this Article shall be accorded to
the GNTFO in the territories of each ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks
member/country/nation
Section 2: Status of GNTFO
The GNTFO shall poses full juridical personality as Private or a QuasiOrganization (like the Universal Fund Organization (UFO) through Letter of
Instruction (LOI) from King Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor, and in
particular, the capacity
(i)
to contract
(ii) to acquire and dispose of immovable and movable property;
(iii) to institute legal proceedings
Section 3: Position of the GNTFO with Regards to Judicial Process
Actions may be brought against GNTFO only in a Supreme Court of
competent jurisdiction in the territories of a member/country in which the
GNTFO has an office, has appointed an agent for the purpose of accepting
service or notice of process, or has issued or guaranteed securities, No
action shall, however, be brought by members or person acting for or
deriving claims from members. The property and assets of the GNTFO
shall, wherever located and by whoever held, be immune from all forms of
seizure, attachment or execution before the delivery of the final judgment
against the GNTFO

Section 4: Immunity of Assets from Seizure
Property and assets of the GNTFO, wherever located and by whoever held,
shall be immune from search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation or any
other form of seizure by executive or legislative action
Section 5: Immunity of Archives
The archives of the GNTFO shall be inviolable
Section 6: Freedom of Assets from Restrictions
To the extended necessary to carry out the question provided for in this
Agreement and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, all property and
assets of the GNTFO shall be free from restriction, regulations, controls and
moratoria of any nature
Section 7: Privilege for Communication
The official communications of the GNTFO shall be accorded by each
member the same treatment that it accord to the official communications of
the other members/countries
Section 8: Immunities and Privileges of officers and Employees
All governor, executive directors, alternates, officers and employees of the
GNTFO shall be immune from legal process with respect to act performed
by them in their official capacity except when GNTFO waives this immunity
(i)
Not being local nationals, shall be accorded the same immunities
from immigration restrictions, alien, registration requirements and
national service obligations and the same facilities as regards
exchange restrictions as are accorded by members to the
representatives, officials and employees of comparable rank of the
other members
(ii) Shall be granted the same treatment in respect of traveling
facilities as in accorded by members to representatives, officials
and employees of comparable rank of other members
Section 9: Immunity from Taxation
(a) The GNTFO, its assets, property, income and its operations and
transactions authorized by this Agreement, shall be immune from all
taxation and from all custom duties. The GNTFO shall also immune
from liability for the collection or payment of any tax/duty
(b) No tax shall be levied on or in respect of salaries and emoluments
paid by the GNTFO or executive directors, alternates, officials or
employees of the GNTFO who are not local citizens, local subjects,
or other local nationals

(c) No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligations or security
issued by the GNTFO by whoever held.
(i)
Which discriminate against such obligations or security
solely because it is issued by the GNTFO; or
(ii) If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the place or
currency in which it is issued, made payable or paid or the
location of any office or place of business maintained by the
GNTFO
(iii) No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligation or
security guaranteed by the GNTFO by whoever held
(iv) Which discriminates against such obligation or security solely
because it is guaranteed by the GNTFO; or
(v) If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the location
of any office or place of business maintained by the GNTFO
Section 10: Application of Article
All nations/countries were the ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks are located and
interested to have Fresh Funds available to finance HELP Projects and
Investment Guaranteed Income of All Nations National Trust Fund under
Fixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF) of 10%- Income per annum, and
can avail funding for HELP Projects infrastructure, for housing, health,
education, loan/livelihood and pension funds in their country/nation shall
take such action as it is necessary in its own territories/countries for the
purpose of making effective terms of its own law the principles set forth in
this Article and shall inform the GNTFO/ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated
Banks of the detailed action which it has taken
ARTICLE XIV
Amendments
(a) Any proposal to introduce modifications in this Agreement, whether
emanating from NNTFRO members/countries, GNTFO, UFO, GFNRS,
officials, employees shall be communicated to the office of GNTFO Board
of Trustees
(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, acceptance by the GNTFO Board of
Trustees mentioned is required in the case of any amendments modifying
(c) Amendments shall enter into force for all members three (3) months
after the date of formal communication unless a shorter period is specified
in the circular letter/GNTFO official letter

ARTICLE XV
Interpretation
(a)Any question of interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement arising
between any NNTFRO Nation members GNTFO or between any NNTFRO
members of the GNTFO shall be submitted to GNTFO Board of Trustees
for their decision
(b) In-any-case where the President have given a decision under
(a)
above, any member may require that the question be referred to the
GNTFO Board of Trustees, who’s decision is final.
(c) Whenever a disagreement arises between the GNTFO and a
NNTFRO/S country/nation/member which has ceased to be a member, or
between the GNTFO and any members during the permanent suspension
of the NNTFRO, such disagreement shall be submitted to arbitration by the
tribunal of Five (5) arbitrators, one appointed by the GNTFO, another by the
country/member where the GNTFO located and an umpire who, unless the
parties otherwise agree, shall be appointed by the President of the Global
Financial Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS), and Universal Fund
Organization (UFO), and Global Trade Organization (GTO) or such other
authority as may have been prescribed by regulation adapted by the
GNTFO. The umpire shall have full power to settle all questions of
procedure
ARTICLE XVI
Approval Deemed Given
Whenever the approval of ASBLP-UFO Bank Authorized Signatory King
Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor through Letter of Instruction (LOI) for the
official creation of Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) to
serve as the nations National Trust Fund and HELP Environmental Projects
Regulator of all projects to be financed by the ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++
Affiliated Banks and organization members of CGRUP-TRUST and
International Banking Commission (IBC) worldwide is required before any
act may be done
ARTICLE XVII
Life of the Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)
The Life of the Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) for
minimum of One Hundred (100) Years and future life of operation will based
on the Life of the ASBLP-UFO (Universal Fund Organization) to implement
the mandated task embodied on the Articles of Global National Trust Fund

EXPLANATORY ARTICLE:
The creation of the Global and National Trust Fund Organization
(GNTFO)) is to address and to solve the present and retired Global
Employees and Workers integrated connected problems called HELP
PROBLEMS it means: H: Housing ( hundreds of millions units of
housing badly needed worldwide particularly the poor nations), Health
( 90% (+/-) of Retired Global Employees and Workers has No Health
Insurance), E: Education (less than 50% of the siblings and
grandchildren graduated from college; L: Loan/ Livelihood Assistance
(only few national/Global Agencies provide Livelihood Assistance
Fund and P: Pension (very small amount received by retired
employees and workers not sufficient enough to daily needs)including
Back-Pays/Social Pension Funds for Elderly people of the world
Real Problem: Because of the present Economic, Financial, Currency
and Investment Crisis, affect All Individual Nation National Trust Fund
cannot sustain the financial requirement mandated to be provided on
the HELP Problems of the present and retired workers and employees.
The Sustainable Financial Problems required on global employees
and workers HELP Problems of Nation individual National Trust Fund
will be solved through Fixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF) and to

Members and Starting Capital of GNTFO
Section1. Membership
The GNTFO Members are all the Nations/National Trust Fund Organization
members and non-members of the United Nations (UN) including qualified
Non-Government Organization (NGO) are qualified to be a member of the
GNTFO
Section 2: Authorized Capital
The Authorized Capital of the Global National Trust Fund Organization

Section 2: Insurance Premium will always be part of the Loan
Assistance to be extended to Project Proponent/s
Giving Priority to Life, Health, Housing, Livelihood Projects under HELP
Projects, No HELP Projects will be implemented without Insurance one of
the global organization of CGRUP-TRUST will be insured all HELP Projects
ARTICLE VI
Managing Partners
Section 1: Investment Managing Partner/s
GNTFO serve as the Investment Managing Partners of All Nations National
Trust Fund in investing hard earned money of the global workers and
employees by providing Guaranteed Investment Income under the Fixed
Investment Income Formula (FIIF) of Ten Percent (10%) per annum of the
Invested amount coming from the National Trust Fund
GNTFO serve as the Project Manager in development, construction,
management, operation of All HELP Projects under the GNTFO that will
save Billions amount on the sweat and blood hard earned money of
workers and employees

Section 2: Limitations of Financing Nation Trust Fund Members of

Limitation of financing HELP Projects on member/nation/investor will be

Operation
Section 1: Operation
The GNTFO Operation will be managed by the CGRUP-TRUST Holder

(a) Services and Visa Free
All qualified persons, expert, professionals, skilled labor and talent will be
given Visa Free in all GNTFO National Trust Fund members
(b) HELP Projects to be implemented
The GNTFO will accept and recognize HELP Projects financed by the
TRUST/International Banking Commission (IBC), ASBLP-UFO, Affiliated
Banks, GTO, CGRUP-TRUST Member Organizations, and other Global
Agencies to be created
c) Loan by the HELP Projects
The Loan can be payable maximum Ninety Percent (90%) In-kind National
Products produced by the Environmental Project
to be computed
equivalent to the amount of loan amount payable by the
Borrower/Countries/Nations under Fixed Flexible Formula (FFF) Sell, Sell,
Sell (SSS) Scheme of 10%-10%-10% Maximum Mark-up of Ten Percent
(10%)
(d) Calamities, events beyond control and war are reasons for moratorium
of payment of Loan/s principal and interest or loan restructuring to be given
to borrowers

adjust the obligations under the loans, including optional arrangement of

shall make such arrangement as may be feasible to adjust the obligations
under the loans, including optional arrangement of restructuring or to
become a Managing Partner/s on project/s implementation of the HELP
Projects
ARTICLE IX
Type of Global Employees and Workers HELP Project
HELP Projects are projects related to basic needs and benefits of the global
workers and employees such as:
1.H:Housing every employee/worker family need a decent housing unit
constructed and built according to international minimum building standard
with available access to clean water, power system, roads and
transportation line to live by family members, that will cost lease of the
Cheapest Lease per month under the duration of minimum 50 years or till
the end of time and forever
2.H:Health Insurance will be FREE under the “Forever Health Project
Program “ to every members of the family of the member/s of the Global
National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)
3.E: Education will be FREE under Cyber Education Project Program to
every members of the family of the member/s of the Global National Trust
Fund Organization (GNTFO)
4.L: Loan/Livelihood Fund assistance is available under “Forever Green
Project Program” (FGPP) and attached humanitarian projects to every
members of the family of the member/s of the Global National Trust Fund
Organization (GNTFO)
5.P:Pension, additional Lifetime Pension Fund is available under the BackPays/Pension Fund of the Elderly Senior for every members of the family
of the member/s of the Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)
including Back-Pays/Pension Fund of the Elderly Senior not receiving
Pension to government, private. Foreign agencies funds coming from World
War I and World War II Reparation Fund

Withdrawal and Suspension of Memberships from GNTFO

obligations to GNTFO and UFO, without valid legal reason/s, GNTO will
Take-over the Management and suspend or permanently terminated its
former (Project Proponent/NINTF) Trustees as the case may be. The
suspended Trustee/s shall automatically cease to be a member One (1)
year from the date of its suspension unless decision is taken by the GNTFO
and UFO Board of Trustees to restore the members to good standing.
While under suspension a nation Individual National Trust Fund Trustees
Project Proponent shall not be entitled to exercise any rights under this
agreement except the right to withdraw, but remain subject to obligation
Section 3: Settlement of Accounts with Project Proponent /Trustees to
GNTFO to be a Member:
(a)When Project Proponent/ members of GNTFO ceases to be a member,
it shall remain liable for its direct obligation to the GNTFO and for its
contingent liabilities to the UFO as long as any part of the loans and
guarantees conducted before it cease to be a member are outstanding

(b) When Project Proponent Members of GNTFO ceases, the GNTFO will
take over the management and take possession and continue the operation
of the NINTF/NGO, the Project Proponent Trustees members have the
option to pay return the right priority for one(1) year
(c) Partial settlement of account/s is acceptable after the final evaluation of
the GNTFO and Global Financial Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS)
Board of Trustees for restructuring the scheme
(d) Failure of one (1) or more Project Proponent/s Members of GNTFO
Members is not 100% ground for termination of all Project Proponent for
being a member
(e) Cash and In-kind (National Products) is acceptable for Settlement of
payment of Obligations of Project Proponent to GNTFO
ARTICLE XIII
Status, Immunities and Privileges
Section 1: Purpose of the Article
To enable the GNTFO to full the functions with which it is entrusted, the
status, immunities and privileges set forth in this Article shall be accorded to
the GNTFO in the territories of each ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks
member/country/nation
Section 2: Status of GNTFO
The GNTFO shall poses full juridical personality as Private or a QuasiOrganization (like the Universal Fund Organization (UFO) through Letter of
Instruction (LOI) from King Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor, and in
particular, the capacity
(i)
to contract
(ii) to acquire and dispose of immovable and movable property;
(iii) to institute legal proceedings
Section 3: Position of the GNTFO with Regards to Judicial Process
Actions may be brought against GNTFO only in a Supreme Court of
competent jurisdiction in the territories of a member/country in which the
GNTFO has an office, has appointed an agent for the purpose of accepting
service or notice of process, or has issued or guaranteed securities, No
action shall, however, be brought by members or person acting for or
deriving claims from members. The property and assets of the GNTFO
shall, wherever located and by whoever held, be immune from all forms of
seizure, attachment or execution before the delivery of the final judgment
against the GNTFO

Section 4: Immunity of Assets from Seizure
Property and assets of the GNTFO, wherever located and by whoever held,
shall be immune from search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation or any
other form of seizure by executive or legislative action
Section 5: Immunity of Archives
The archives of the GNTFO shall be inviolable
Section 6: Freedom of Assets from Restrictions
To the extended necessary to carry out the question provided for in this
Agreement and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, all property and
assets of the GNTFO shall be free from restriction, regulations, controls and
moratoria of any nature
Section 7: Privilege for Communication
The official communications of the GNTFO shall be accorded by each
member the same treatment that it accord to the official communications of
the other members/countries
Section 8: Immunities and Privileges of officers and Employees
All governor, executive directors, alternates, officers and employees of the
GNTFO shall be immune from legal process with respect to act performed
by them in their official capacity except when GNTFO waives this immunity
(i)
Not being local nationals, shall be accorded the same immunities
from immigration restrictions, alien, registration requirements and
national service obligations and the same facilities as regards
exchange restrictions as are accorded by members to the
representatives, officials and employees of comparable rank of the
other members
(ii) Shall be granted the same treatment in respect of traveling
facilities as in accorded by members to representatives, officials
and employees of comparable rank of other members
Section 9: Immunity from Taxation
(a) The GNTFO, its assets, property, income and its operations and
transactions authorized by this Agreement, shall be immune from all
taxation and from all custom duties. The GNTFO shall also immune
from liability for the collection or payment of any tax/duty
(b) No tax shall be levied on or in respect of salaries and emoluments
paid by the GNTFO or executive directors, alternates, officials or
employees of the GNTFO who are not local citizens, local subjects,
or other local nationals

(c) No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligations or security
issued by the GNTFO by whoever held.
(i)
Which discriminate against such obligations or security
solely because it is issued by the GNTFO; or
(ii) If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the place or
currency in which it is issued, made payable or paid or the
location of any office or place of business maintained by the
GNTFO
(iii) No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligation or
security guaranteed by the GNTFO by whoever held
(iv) Which discriminates against such obligation or security solely
because it is guaranteed by the GNTFO; or
(v) If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the location
of any office or place of business maintained by the GNTFO
Section 10: Application of Article
All nations/countries were the ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks are located and
interested to have Fresh Funds available to finance HELP Projects and
Investment Guaranteed Income of All Nations National Trust Fund under
Fixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF) of 10%- Income per annum, and
can avail funding for HELP Projects infrastructure, for housing, health,
education, loan/livelihood and pension funds in their country/nation shall
take such action as it is necessary in its own territories/countries for the
purpose of making effective terms of its own law the principles set forth in
this Article and shall inform the GNTFO/ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated
Banks of the detailed action which it has taken
ARTICLE XIV
Amendments
(a) Any proposal to introduce modifications in this Agreement, whether
emanating from NNTFRO members/countries, GNTFO, UFO, GFNRS,
officials, employees shall be communicated to the office of GNTFO Board
of Trustees
(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, acceptance by the GNTFO Board of
Trustees mentioned is required in the case of any amendments modifying
(c) Amendments shall enter into force for all members three (3) months
after the date of formal communication unless a shorter period is specified
in the circular letter/GNTFO official letter

ARTICLE XV
Interpretation
(a)Any question of interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement arising
between any NNTFRO Nation members GNTFO or between any NNTFRO
members of the GNTFO shall be submitted to GNTFO Board of Trustees
for their decision
(b) In-any-case where the President have given a decision under
(a)
above, any member may require that the question be referred to the
GNTFO Board of Trustees, who’s decision is final.
(c) Whenever a disagreement arises between the GNTFO and a
NNTFRO/S country/nation/member which has ceased to be a member, or
between the GNTFO and any members during the permanent suspension
of the NNTFRO, such disagreement shall be submitted to arbitration by the
tribunal of Five (5) arbitrators, one appointed by the GNTFO, another by the
country/member where the GNTFO located and an umpire who, unless the
parties otherwise agree, shall be appointed by the President of the Global
Financial Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS), and Universal Fund
Organization (UFO), and Global Trade Organization (GTO) or such other
authority as may have been prescribed by regulation adapted by the
GNTFO. The umpire shall have full power to settle all questions of
procedure
ARTICLE XVI
Approval Deemed Given
Whenever the approval of ASBLP-UFO Bank Authorized Signatory King
Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor through Letter of Instruction (LOI) for the
official creation of Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) to
serve as the nations National Trust Fund and HELP Environmental Projects
Regulator of all projects to be financed by the ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++
Affiliated Banks and organization members of CGRUP-TRUST and
International Banking Commission (IBC) worldwide is required before any
act may be done
ARTICLE XVII
Life of the Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)
The Life of the Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) for
minimum of One Hundred (100) Years and future life of operation will based
on the Life of the ASBLP-UFO (Universal Fund Organization) to implement
the mandated task embodied on the Articles of Global National Trust Fund
Organization (GNTFO)), Seven (7) years before the expiration of the 100
years life period of GNTFO, GNTFO Authorized Officer/s will inform the
Host Nation Government where the GEO located their position to continue
for another 100 years or terminate the operation of GNTFO

ARTICLE XVIII
Host Nation Government Limitation on Global National Trust Fund
Organization (GNTFO)
Host Nation Government participation in Operation and Management of the
Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)
is limited to
domestic/local issues and territorial jurisdiction, outside the Host Nation
territorial jurisdiction is discretionary decision of the GNTFO to have the
services and the support of the Host Nation Government resources
ARTICLE XIX
Final Provision
Section 1: Entry into Force:
This Agreement shall enter into force when King Anthony Santiago MartinWindsor Authorized Signatory of ASBLP-UFO issued Letter of Instruction
(LOI) in the creation of the Global National Trust Fund Organization
(GNTFO) to serve as the All Nations National Trust Fund and all HELP
Project Regulator to be finance by ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated Banks
worldwide
Section 2: Location of Head Office of GNTFO
Since the Head Office of the ASBLP-UFO (Universal Fund Organization) is
in the Philippines, the Head Office of the Global National Trust Fund
Organization (GNTFO) will be located also in the Philippines to serve as the
Nations national Trust and HELP Projects Regulator to be finance by
ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated Banks worldwide and make this nation the
source of global equality, prosperity and peace
