Day1: Arrive at Las Vegas - Double-Decker
Orientation Tour


Arrive in Las Vegas (preferred time of arrival will be
between 8 am and 4 pm).



Post arrival, transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel is after 3 pm.
6 pm - Tour Director’s Address at Hotel Lobby.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian Restaurant that is within walking distance from the
hotel.
Later, proceed for a fascinating Guided Orientation City Tour on a Double decker bus.

Day 2: Las Vegas - Free Day or Optional Tour of Grand Canyon
Passengers opting for the Grand Canyon Tour will be given
packed breakfast from Earl of Sandwich restaurant. Passengers
opting to stay back will be given a voucher for breakfast at Earl
of Sandwich restaurant.










Day free or Optional Grand Canyon Tour (It is strongly
recommended to book this optional Grand Canyon tour
at the time of booking with the agent since these tours
sell out fast.)
Hotel to Hotel transfer included along with packed breakfast (VEG Sandwich, Orange juice &
yogurt)
Optional Coach Tour (approx 10-12 hours) with meal.
Option 1: Grand Canyon West Rim COACH Tour w/ Skywalk- The Grand Canyon is one of the
natural wonders of the world and one of our planet's most astounding sights. Take the
"Skywalk" at the West Rim.
Option 2: Grand Canyon West Rim Coach Tour w/skywalk and Helicopter/River Boat Tour. The
above tour plus shorter heli ride and canyon river boat ride.
Option 3: Air/Ground Tour with Skywalk: Enjoy an aerial view of the magnificent Grand Canyon
from a suspended glass bottom arch 4,000 feet above the ground.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant (walking distance from the hotel).
Enjoy a ride on High roller - the World’s biggest observation wheel at a staggering height of 550
feet. From boarding to exit, it is a 30-minute ride that offers 360 degree panoramic view of the
strip.

Day 3: Las Vegas to Los Angeles






Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed from Las Vegas to Los Angeles by coach
(approximately 4-hour drive by coach).
In the afternoon, enjoy lunch on your own.
Enjoy city tour of Los Angeles that covers major
landmarks including Kodak theatre, Hollywood walk of
fame as well as the Hollywood sign.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian Restaurant.

Day 4: Los Angeles - Universal Studios Full-Day







Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed to spend a full day at Universal Studios - with
innovative rides and attractions, it is designed to let
visitors experience the movies like never before - A trip
to Universal is like a trip into the heart of Hollywood
itself!
Enjoy lunch at Universal studios on your own.
You have the option to visit USA’s largest mall DEL AMO (one block away from the hotel) or
Galleria at South Bay (right across the hotel) on your own for shopping (Mall time: 10:00 am to
9 pm).
In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

After the long day out, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel

Day 5: Los Angeles – Monterey Bay






Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Today, we check out of the hotel and proceed to the
beautiful Monterey Bay.
In the afternoon, enjoy lunch en-route on your own.
Arrive at Monterey Bay & Enjoy the Spectacular 17 Mile
Scenic Drive along with the world famous Pebble beach,
host to major golf tournaments.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant

Check in at the hotel and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay

Day 6: San Francisco - Cable Car - Bay Cruise - City Tour









Post breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed
to San Francisco.
San Francisco Bay Cruise – Take an exciting cruise of
the bay, whizzing past historical and breathtaking
sights such as the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz
island, Downtown, Marina etc.
Guided City tour – Visit the famous landmarks of the
city including Fisherman’s Wharf, Nob hill, Financial
district, Twin Peaks, Lombard Street, China Town,
Golden Gate Bridge Park, etc.
Enjoy an exciting ride on the famous San Francisco
cable car (if operational).
In the evening, enjoy free time at Fisherman’s wharf
and the San Francisco fashion scene
In the evening, have dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 7: Departure to Home
Post breakfast at the hotel, check out before 11 am and proceed to the airport by hotel shuttle to
board your departure flight.
Please note that if your flight departure time is between midnight and 8 am, there will be an additional
charge of $30 for airport transfer to be paid to the tour escort for arranging the cab (3 people or less).

There are separate tours Managers for East and West coast. If we have smaller group (less than
10 passengers) for a certain tour date, the driver will act as the tour escort. The tour escort will
be Hindi speaking.
Personal expenses of any kind like laundry, SIM cards, charges in the hotel for any additional
services are excluded.
Personal insurance and tips are not included in the price and are to borne by the clients.
Service Tax is additional and is applicable over and above the total tour cost.
In case pricing is in INR, Rate of Exchange (ROE) taken for computing the above price is Rs.62 to
1 USD. In the event of an increase in the ROE taken into account, the prices defined may be
amended.

A surcharge may be applicable for certain departures dates.
Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned
services will remain unchanged.
All rates are based on minimum 2 Passenger traveling together at all tours.
Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event/weekend in LAS or any other event in city.
Child age is considered between 2 to 9 years. Children above 9 years of age are considered as
adults.
All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park,
Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal
or higher standards.
No refunds (either in part or full) will be made for any unused services in above package like
ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice and terms & conditions.

The applicable Rate of Exchange for initial payment/ booking amount shall be determined by the
prevailing rate on the date/ day of booking and balance payment will be charged as per the
prevailing rates on that particular day
The taxes and visa charges mentioned are as on date and in the event of any changes may be
amended
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land
arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure
Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice
The hotels are subject to change without prior notice. In case of unavailability in the mentioned
hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel
Please Note: Standard Check-in time for Hotels is 1500hrs and in peak season it can extend as
per availability

Customer traveling need to have a valid US visa. Cost of same is not included

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 45 days or more
Booking Deposit of INR 15,000/- per person
Between 44 and 31 days of departure Non – refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost
Between 30 and 15 days of departure Non – refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost
Between 14 and 8 days of departure Non – refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost
7 days prior to departure date
100% of the holiday cost

 A non-refundable deposit of Rs.15, 000 per person to initiate a booking, if travel date is more than
30 days from the date of booking.

 A non-refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost, if travel date is more than 20 days from the date of
booking.
 If the date of travel is less than 7 days, a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total cost shall be
applicable.
 Photocopies of the passport.

Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
