Quick Guide to GRAS Main Screen To begin using the CSC Global Remote Access dialer, double click the Fiberlink Dialer icon desktop. The following screen will appear:

Enter User Name and Password
The username and password (case sensitive) must be entered in the corresponding fields within the account section of the Dialer’s main screen. User names and passwords will be issued with your RAS account.

Select Connection type
Select the Service type. If you are using a Modem, select Dial Up. If you are using a direct line, click on S and select ADSL.
Select a Phone Number To select a phone number either; click on the
icon located in the upper left corner of the dialer screen,
Edit | Phone Book from the menu bars, or click the view/change button located in the phone number section
dialer’s main screen. At this point you can click into the “By County, State, City” to select a number usin drill down menus or enter your area code and exchange.

Connecting Once the user name and password have been entered and a number has been selected (assuming all dialing have been set) the user is ready to connect.
Click the connect box on the right side of the Fiberlink Global Remote Dialer main screen. Once connecte Icon will appear in the system tray. The status of the connection process is displayed in the main window Icon.
As the connection is established, the Dialer will automatically take an update of the phone book so that the up to date numbers are always displayed.

To access the Fiberlink Global Remote Dialer help either: click the Help box on the Fiberlink Global Rem Dialer main screen or choose Help | Content from the menu bars.
1. There are three ways to navigate through the help screen; thru Contents, thru Index, and Through Find a. Contents 1. Click the Contents tab at the top of the Help Topics screen. 2. Double click on the
