(he operational phases are handled through program construction and testing. Design of a system can be defined as a process of applying various techniues and principles for the purpose of defining a device, a process or a system in sufficient detail to permit its physical reali5ation. (hus important  phase provides the understanding and the procedural details necessary for the implementing the system recommended in the feasibility study. (he design step provides a data design, architectural design, and a procedural design.
