Most of us know that, but don’t really pay attention. Why?

Food
•Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. •Some things about life—and how long we get to enjoy it—are out of our control. But what, when, and how we eat has a profound influence on how long we live. •Remember that food is information, it tells body how it should work. Everything that you eat, changes your body on some level.

•People should go to bed at 11 pm,and wake up at 7 am approximately. •Average sleep needs for teenagers are 8,5-10 hours a day, and for adults 7,5-9 hours a day.

Stress
•Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the ever increasing demands of life. Over time, high levels of stress leads to serious health problems. Raw food diet
•It is important to know that the raw food diet is a lifestyle choice. It is not a weight loss plan. •Rawism diet consisting mainly of uncooked, unprocessed plant foods leads to a leaner body, clearer skin, and higher energy. •Raw foodists use food dehydrators that lend crunch to vegetables and cookies. •Studies showed that eating raw vegetables helps reduce the risk of cancer or other disease. •Science now proves that cooking not only destroys nutrition and enzymes but chemically changes foods from the substances needed for health into acid-forming toxins, free-radicals and poisons that destroy our health!

Vegetarian
In a very general sense, a vegetarian is someone who doesn't eat meat. There are several kinds of vegeterian diets: •Lacto-ovo vegetarians eat milk products and eggs, but no meat, poultry, seafood, or fish. •Lacto-vegetarians eat milk products, but not eggs, meat, poultry, seafood, or fish. •Vegans are total vegetarians. They eat only plant foods. They don't eat food that comes from animals in any way, including milk products, eggs, honey, and gelatin.

Genetically modified food (GMO)
•Food that has been produced using organisms that have been engineered genetically. Such food either contains such organisms, or such organisms have been used to create the food. •Using GM food is one of the worst things that you can do to your organism=poisoning it.
