No opportunities to walk or ride bikes, greenhouse gas emissions too high. Students split from friends and local community and peer groups Community is being dismantled New demographics are young families with children No opportunities to walk or ride bikes No jobs for teachers and/or service industries, no economic benefits to local business Simply not adequate for community needs
