Extract all rar files after download. After extraction you have three discs of Oracle Database. Go to Disk1 run
setup.exe some time we are unable to execute the setup.exe files if it happened then open your command prompt
go to Disk1 and run setup.exe. After execute setup follow snapshots as under.
