How to pay your visa application fee You can pay your visa application fee in any of the ways listed below: 1. Bank receipt - cash over the counter at a Union Bank Pasong Tamo Branch (service charge free option) 2. Bank receipt - cash over the counter at any other Union Bank branch (Php 150.00 service charge) 3. Managers cheque (service charge applies) made payable to the British Embassy. 4. Bank receipt - cash over the counter at Union Bank Pasong Tamo Branch (service charge free option) If you pay your visa application fee at the specific Union Bank listed below you will not be charged a service fee. The bank will only accept fees in cash. Bring a photocopy of your passport data page when you pay. You may schedule an appointment to attend the visa application centre once you have made your visa application fee payment. Your visa application must be submitted within 10 working days after you have paid your visa application fee. The bank fee receipt will only be valid for 10 working days from date of payment.

Note: Please keep the receipt you were given at the bank as proof of payment and bring it with you to the visa application centre when you submit your visa application. Back to top

Bank receipt - cash over the counter at any other Union Bank branch (an additional fee of 150.00 Php for this service applies) You will need to pay the bank charge of 150.00 Php at any Union bank branch together with your visa application fee to avoid unnecessary delays. Bank service charges are payable for each visa application.

6. Manager's cheque - (service charge applies) You may obtain a manager's cheque from any Philippine registered bank nationwide. Only managers cheques with the correct fee and payable to 'British Embassy' will be accepted. There is a bank charge when you purchase a managers cheque and the cost varies from bank to bank.
