How to Recover from PTSD

When we thinking of Post-Traumatic Stress, we often think of war veterans, or people who have experienced horrific events like car crashes, rapes, etc. However, it is much more common than many would think. One big cause of PTSD, among others, is child abuse. Traumas from childhood get triggered at the slightest provocation, until constant anxiety attacks appear without apparent stimuli. Post-Traumatic Stress is a very scary thing. Everything freaks you out, and no matter what you try to do, you always end up in that similar state of total breakdown and unparalleled distress. The world seems to be an eternal dark place for you, filled with terror and harm. It is a state of gloom. I have lived in that world for a very long time- at least a decade I think. Even until now, I am still not fully recovered. However, I am having some breakthroughs. And information on PTSD is so limited, and so not-helping that I was compelled to create my own content. This eBook is based on my own experiences and research of what works and what doesn’t. Hopefully people suffering from similar conditions can find this book, and help themselves heal.
