The vast majority of the funds that are accumulated and generated from within and throughout the Pre-PAY Caf@’ Enterprise Network Systems Organisation Network Systems Operations Network Systems are generated and accumulated in so many different types of ways and or strategies, that would also then provide Customer Convenience Focused and Driven New-to-Business-Strategies that if we had to explain them all right now in detail we surely might never end with this our IPO Presentation. Therefore; The simple and easy way of rapidly explaining our true and full position on this particular subject matter which will of course again also be fully ascertained and explained in full detail later on below is simply that our customers all need to know that; We charge Fees! The Fees that We as an Organisation Charge All Of Our Clients, whether business and or general end user customer will be applied and will be fully enforced in accordance with all current and future business trading legislation and current customer services policies that will then also be fully ascertained and enforced before and prior to any commencement of activity in any form of business payment transactions via any type of our Pre-Payment Equipment Solutions that are generally associated within or throughout the organisation of the Entropy - Pre-Pay-Caf@’ Enterprise. (Features of which include) Kiosk Terminal Networks and Systems Digital Signage Display Networks Systems Table Top Touch Terminal Systems and also of course our outstanding Hospitality Catering and Management Services Organisation. Any Fees that we may then charge to any of our future potential clients or customers will then therefore have to be Paid In Full before Any Requested Services or Information will be served or delivered

The Pre-Pay Caf@’ Organisation does not assess Fees or Develop Any Fees Policies that would ever detract any of our potential future customers from wanting to Interact With and Benefit from The Convenience And Use of our Indoor-Outdoor Kiosk Terminal Solution Wall Mounted Digital Signage Solution Digital Signage Display Network Solution Our Indoor Table-Top Display Network Solution and also our In-House Hospitality and Management Services. Our Organisation will always strive to maintain a comfortable level and balance of our Fees Policies that will also be leveraged throughout of whole of the Entropy UK Pre-Pay Caf@’ Customer Service Organisation and all of our Hardware Solutions. Current Legal Payment Schemes provide details of how the structure of the scheme and the current price rate at the time of the date that the scheme actually came into force. However at Pre-PAY Caf@’ all of our charging schemes will be updated annually and a summary of all current and future prices will be made available for all necessary administrative government and even public viewing from within our Pre-Pay-Caf@’

Our current Fees and Pricing Policies Schemes are Pre-Set by the Entropy Pre-Pay caf@’ Organisation from within our operating and trading regulation formats terms and conditions and our current operating infrastructure costs and will remain at all current levels until superseded by other organisations, changing charging schemes, or by any other subject to changes made from within the confines of our organisation. In the unlikely event that our Pre-Pay Caf@’ charges were to increase by more than the (RPI) retail price index (which is an inflammatory indicator that measures the cost of a fixed basket of goods) Or our scheme would require any further changes then an Administrational and or Public Consultation will then be held which would bring any changes made to the notices of any and all persons that would then likely be affected by them. Company Registration Fees will be applied for all companies wishing to join the Entropy Pre-Pay-Caf@’ Enterprise Network Organisation. Registrations can be made or placed via our Online-Web-Host-Service. We currently have; Three Operating Terms and One Commissions Term and One Bespoke Registration Term For Company Registration Engagement Agreement Policies. Sign on for Full Coverage- 1 year. Sign on for Full Coverage- 3 year. Sign on for Full Coverage- 5 year. We Charge 20% Commission On All Sales Generated By Us! We also Provide Bespoke Registration Sign on Packages. Indoor Terminal Touch Screen Services. A standard network charge fee applies for all in-door terminal services of £1.75 Per Transaction Per person. Out-Door Terminal Touch Screen Services. A standard network charge fee applies for all out-door terminal services of £1.75 Per Transaction Per person Customer Table-Top Touch-Screen-Interface-Terminals.

Touch-Screen-Ordering Devices. All purchases placed via table-top touch screen facilities will be subject to a standard network charge fee of £1.75 Per Transaction per Person. Foreign Exchange Costs: When using the Pre-Pay-Caf@’ Out-Door Terminal Service whilst you are abroad, A standard network charge fee will be applied at the Terminal Source’s Countries Standard Network Rate of Interest The Destination Hosts Terminal Services Rate of Interest currently stands at the rate of 2.75% Per Transaction Per Person. Digital Wall Mounted Signage Display Services. A standard network charge fee applies for all In-Door Digital Signage Display Advertising Facilities. All Fees in this instance would vary from business company client, to customer based clientele depending on the intended; Advertising-Package-Solution; Advertising-Package-Placement-Solution; and also on the customers chosen Advertising-Sign-On-Package-Solution; (i.e.) Terminal Solutions (indoor - outdoor) Signage Solutions (indoor)

Table-Top Solutions (indoor) Online Solutions (all four) or a bespoke combination of any application according to the customers or clients preferred requirements. Table-Top-Touch-Screen-Advertising- Services. A standard network charge fee will be applied for all Adverts, Infomercials or Advertising Streams or Notices Placed via our Table-Top Touch-Screen Facilities and all of our Hospitality and Management Services. Standard Industry Service Rate Charges will be applied for all Hospitality Catering and Management Services. (Note): Hospitality Service charges may also be included!

A Standard Network Rate Charge Fee will also be applied for our entire customer purchases placed via our Online Operating Portal Network System.
