Introduction
According to United Nations reports, the majority parts of the world have really low literacy in computer technology. In Sri-Lanka approximately, 500 new computers are been sold daily in Colombo and island wide. But most of the buyers do not know what to buy as their requirements and they also are not aware of the current market prices and technology improvements. So the objective of this project is to guide and help computer buyers who do not have technical knowledge in computer hardware or electronics which will help thousands of users in Sri-Lanka and worldwide when they want to buy a personal computer as per their requirement for the best price. Our main target is to provide the best suitable computers for the user as his requirements without prompting or taking any technical information from the user.
Scope and Functionality
As this is an online tool for computer buyers around the world, there can be so many functions that can be developed. The functions of this tool will be limited to the following areas for this specific project.

The user will be able to select his/her level of knowledge regarding computers and its functions.
This task will be achieved by asking few simple questions indirectly, so that even a consumer who doesn’t have any idea regarding computers can choose the best configuration.

Ability to select and purchase a computer based on price, performance or needs of the user.
•
Ability to compare prices & performance of hardware accessories from various vendors and markets and choose the best.
•
Ability to customize a recommended PC using various hardware vendors and models.

Providing Visual representation of computer accessories chosen by the user. Individual users will have ability to advertise and sell hardware using the tool. Compare the performance and price details of computer parts

Functionality 1 (Purchase a computer):We are giving customers 3 options to select his computer 1) performance 2) price 3) according to user needs User can select his/her computer based on these three aspects. We provide a pre-build computer systems so they can choose what kind of a computer they want.
Functionality 2 (Compare computer accessories)
User can compare computer accessories according to their performance, price, and manufacture.
Functionality 3 (Customize recommended computer system)
We provide user to customize his/her computer according to various hardware vendors. Example: - They can customize branded computer and can apply other hardware vendors accessories such and graphic card, ram ect.
Functionality 4 (visual representation of computer accessories)
According to the user selections we provide images (various angels)
Functionality 5 (Advertising other vendor’s products)
Vendors can advertise their products using this system, but they have to pay small amount if any one order or buy.
Functionality 6 (News updates)
In this section we used to provide news update such as if a new product introduce or if vendors giving any promotions
Functionality 7 (Video representation)
In this area we used as image gallery. It randomly selects our products images and shows to the users. So by looking at this he/she can think what kind of a system they need.
Functionality 8 (Quick links)
We provide users to operate with quick links such as site information, links for various vendors pages and important items.
Purchase a computer
If user don’t know what kind of a computer system he/she needs we ask some common questions and by analyzing that data we recommending a computer. If she wants to customize it again we provide that facility too.

In this section un direct questions will be prompt to the user and gain what kind of computer they need .these questions which are promoted to user are non technical questions and the users do not need any technical knowledge to user this application and users do not need to enter any text because all the controls are designed using graphical representation like slide bars, selectors ,voice , images etc.

In this step user can customize the computer hardware that he has chosen for example when the user choose his computer casing in this step he change the color material and other effects virtually.
