Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to all schools in South Australia only.
Only one entry per school allowed.
To enter participants must submit the completed In School Education competition
form, along with their video, to [email protected].
By returning the form and submitting the video the school accepts the terms and
conditions within this document.
SPADE Snake Catching and Education reserves the right to verify the validity of
entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of SPADE Snake Catching
and Education, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting,
inflammatory or defamatory statements; disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and
conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of SPADE Snake Catching and
Education, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent,
misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the
promotion and/or SPADE Snake Catching and Education.
SPADE Snake Catching and Education accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or
misdirected entries including delays in the posting of comments due to technical
disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
There will be five (5) winners who will win the following prize:
a. One In School Education talk.
The team at SPADE Snake Catching and Education will pick the top ten answers and
will upload their videos onto the SPADE Snake Catching and Education Facebook
page were the public will vote have from April 1 to April 15 for their favourite video
and the five videos with the most likes wins a free In School Education talk which
must take place between May 18 to May 22. Date to be decided by owner of SPADE
Snake Catching and Education, Benjamin John Horton and school to be notified of
date at least 20 days in advance.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the
prize at the time stipulated by the SPADE Snake Catching and Education then that
element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in
lieu of that element of the prize.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the
conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
Entries close on March 31, 2015.

Agreement
By entering SPADE Snake Catching and Education’s In School Education competition
you have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
By entering SPADE Snake Catching and Education’s In School Education competition
you also agree to have your video uploaded onto the SPADE Snake Catching and
Education Facebook page.
