Incorporating a Private Limited Company in Singapore
1. Decide a Name for the Company Register Name with ACRA
(Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Company)

If Name Accepted

If Name Rejected

Register at least 2 activities for the company in order to \ reserve the name

Pick a New Name Appeal for Name to be accepted (could take weeks)
If Appeal Accepted

If Appeal Rejected

Register Location for correspondence with ACRA and Government

Officiate share capital (minimum $1SG) and propose number of shares and amount to be paid for each share.

Name Directors of Company (minimum one local director)

Sign Incorporation Documents (easier if head of company is in Singapore)

Company Fully Incorporated

Sponsor Documents
