Good Afternoon,
My name is Edrica Demeritte, and I am currently in my fourth year of study and one step
closer to realizing my goal of obtaining a degree in Financial Business Economics. However, I
am having some financial difficulty completing my course due to a lack of funds. My financial
stability has been a challenge in recent years. My family has been providing me with financial
support for my tuition for the last three years. However, due to corporate downsizing and other
unforeseeable factors, they have been having difficulty helping me with my tuition expense.
Given my financial obligations, I reluctantly was absent for a semester of school and
consequently, I was unable to maintain the off campus work permit. With my last year of study
approaching quickly, I am a determined to follow-through with my educational endeavor. I am
asking to be considered for the International Student Employment Fund so that I may work on
campus to help with my tuition costs.
It is my hope that I am considered for the program and I thank you in advance for taking the
time to review my application. I hope that you find it favorable.
