(Ho Chi Minh city University of Medicine and Pharmacy) The University of Medicine and Pharmacy is located in Ho Chi Minh city in the South of Vietnam. The University has seven faculties including Medicine, Pharmacy, Odoto-Stomatology, Traditional Medicine, Public Health, Nursing and Medical Technique, and Basic Science. Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy, Odonto Stomatology, and Basic Science are located in the main campus in District 5 of the city. The Faculty of Nursing and Medical Technique is located in the same district but different campus. The Faculty of Public Health is located in District 8. The Faculty of Traditional Medicine is located in Phu Nhuan District. The University has University Medical Center and co-operative hospitals for training students of health sciences such as Cho Ray hospital, Nhi Dong 1 hospital, Tu Du hospital, etc.
