EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The report contains four main bifurcations it starts with the introduction about the topic “Role of celebrity in advertisement & its effectiveness” which includes introduction about the advertisement, introduction about the celebrity and various forms of celebrity etc these chapters built a strong base for the th e start of the report. Then it is continued with the description of research methodology used by researcher for carrying out all survey i.e. the primary as well as observational survey. Researcher have also included the literature review on the topic so as to know the findings of other researchers in the past p ast on the same topic. The next section includes the survey done by us; researcher have carried out two survey observational survey and primary survey. For Observational survey researcher have observed three different media’s and kept a constant note on the advertisements appearing in these media’s for a specific period of time. Researcher have selected newspapers, magazines and television for this survey as these are the not commonly used media by the purchasers of product while or before purchasing any product as well as y the advertisers for advertising there products. Then researcher have analyzed each media on the basis of our observation and for presenting better view of our findings researcher have presented it with the help of graphs and tables. In case of primary analysis researcher have include three categories for getting clearer picture of our report. Researcher have included retailer’s survey, expert survey and customers’ survey. The data from all the three sample unit has been collected in for of structure questionnaire, which has being analyzed by using the software SPSS as well as MS Excell simple graphs, charts have been included to get clear picture besides this cross tabulation , chisquare and T- test has been done.

DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
Most producers work with marketing intermediaries to bring their products to market. The marketing intermediaries make up a marketing channel also called distribution channel. Distribution channel are sets of interdependent organization involved in the process of making a products or service available for use or consumption.
