Banking Job Opportunities • •

Credit Risk Manager/SMEs: Qualified candidate should have at least 10 years experience in the Credit field for Small and Medium Enterprises from which 3 years in the SMEs Credit Risk field, his/her experience should be in the Banking sector.

Internal Audit Manager: Qualified candidate should have at least 15 years experience in the auditing field preferably in the Banking sector, should be certified (holding CIA have experience in the credit auditing field.

Training Manager: Qualified candidate should have at least 7  – 10 years experience in the training field, he/she should have experience in managing the training process from Training Needs Analysis to Training courses to Training Budget in addition to managing the training dept. team, and he/she should have strong knowledge in Competencies, preferably in the Banking sector.

Strategic Planning Manager Qualified candidate should have at least 10 years experience in the Strategic Planning field, preferably in the Banking sector.

District Manager/Amman Qualified candidate should have at least 10 years experience in the Banking sector, mainly in managing branches (Retail Banking), the candidate will be responsible for managing the Bank's branches in Amman in terms of increasing the sales and improving the service provided to customers in addition of managing the Branches' managers and their teams. Good candidate would be a District Manager with good experience, or a Branch Manager with solid banking experience who is potential to hold the District Manager's responsibilities.

District Manager/Northern Jordan Qualified candidate should have at least 10 years experience in the Banking sector, mainly in managing branches (Retail Banking), the candidate will be responsible for managing the Bank's branches in Northern Jordan in terms of increasing the sales and improving the service provided to customers in addition of managing the Branches' managers and their teams. Good candidate would be a District Manager with good experience, or a Branch Manager with solid banking experience who is potential to hold the District Manager's responsibilities, candidate will be based in Irbid.

Product Development Manager Qualified candidate should have at least 10 years experience in the Product Development field (Retail Banking), job responsibilities include studying and developing banking products and services offered by the bank to customers in various segments to meet customer needs and raise the level of satisfaction.

Organizational Development Manager Qualified candidate should have at least 10 years experience in the Organizational Development field, job responsibilities include developing areas of human resources including the (Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Succession Planning and Career Development).
